Absolutely no access to Rockstar Social Club or Launcher

I Had to use my Cellphone's hotspot to reinstall the launcher , On thursday everything worked fine.Installed all the latest Windows updates, watched every Youtube video I could find, no luck.I have been at it since 8 in the morning yesterday, I live in the Netherlands, almost 18 hours , looking for a solution to logg in.Im playing RDO by the way......It just sickening to not be able to play, when I bought so many goldbars.I hope I haven't been blocked out of the game....Only thing that works is the hotspot to my phone.

 

-I tried the DNS thing didn't work

-I tried the Services.msc thing

-I tried the Local Files thing

 

What else can I still try ?
