Cage fight slow motion bug in GTA TBOGT

Somebody help me, when spectating if anyone knocks out the other one, the game goes in very slow motion and i don't know why! I tried everything I could to get rid of this annoying slow motion.

 

Here is my settings:

 

Cpu: Intel(r) celeron(r) cpu 4205u @ 1.80ghz 1.80ghz

 

ram: 4,00 gb (usable: 3.89 gb)

 

system type: operational system of 64 bits processor x64 based

 

Operational system:windows 10
