Fact is though, we don't know their reliability. It's not like a big publication posted about that news piece.

Don't forget we had big sites months before vs announcement stating that Rockstar will announce V soon(i think it was a GameSpot article).

 

As much as i hope it's legit so we can finally hear about vi, part of me hopes it's fake since i went them to patch the trilogy to a respectable state.

It's nominally run from a serviced mailbox type of virtual office out in the suburbs. Kotaku it is not, to say the least.

 

The story, although borderline illiterate and full of massive holes, is still a classic example of bargain basement clickbait. IMO if you wanted to find the least trustworthy source possible for a GTA leak, this probably ranks pretty close to the top.

So i started replaying gta 4 with dlc.

 

Not gonna lie, when i was younger i had the opinion of 'the guys are too nice to be criminals' but replaying the games again i can see how you aren't playing as good morally people if i might say. I like niko a lot as protagonist, but replaying the game makes me feel a lot differently now with his hypocrite outlook in his actions (being angry and michelle for lying to him, while literally not admitting to being a hitman/murderer/criminal is one of the lesser ones). I also find it interesting how at least as far as i'm aware Johhny betrays Ray and inadvertly causes jim death only because of ' f*ck him and f*ck the world' mentality. 

But the characters still feel real and are not two dimensional in this sense. Kinda my problem with gta v is that although characters felt a lot like bad people (you play as criminal duh) they are a lot more dickish.

 

I;'m wondering that direction gta 6 will take. Also fun to look back at the games being older with different outlook on the world.

GTAO will always stay on the top, I'm not sure how that affects GTA VI... Both games will have to coexist.

GTA VI is gonna be about James Earl Cash from Manhunt, turning his life around and going clean. He then has to turn to a life of crime after his husband is killed by the cartel. I learned this from my Dad's Uncle who is a janitor at KFC, but heard a R* executive on his phone while he was taking a sh*t.
