this has already kinda been debunked as the house doesn't look anything like the picture the OP is referring to

The thing with the house leak is, If we, the most dedicated fans of the franchise, have not found any house exactly like it, other than the one in the Igrobar post (and even that one is not exactly like it) then the probability that we will never find out where it is from, is 100%. It could be from GTA VI, it could be from a dev who wanted to place a friend's house. 

 

The fact is: the picture of the house is in the middle of 6 or 7 other pictures from GTA V with UFOs, don't you think that if it was a random house from some dev, they would really have the work to take a picture of the house (or get a stock one), render it, put palm trees in front of the house and put RDR2 clouds to be placed inside a restaurant in GTA SA DE? Wouldn't it be easier to take a house from GTA V and put a UFO in it? And why didn't they do that?

 

All these questions will only have answers when GTA VI is released. The mystery will continue for quite some time yet.

His brother is still Rockstar president, so unless they've had a falling out (I'm not insinuating anything, just presenting a potential possibility) or Dan is super busy himself, you'd imagine he'd still be in contact with his brother and they'd be chatting and he'd more than likely be 'helping' in a natural way any family member would.

One has absolutely nothing to do with the other. Trilogy was outsourced to sh*tty developers without proper experience, but you should still worry about VI for different reasons: Online-centered gameplay, internal currency, obsolete design, etc. One is for sure: it will have the most interesting open world on the market. Whether cops will act like 20 years ago and enemies will spawn instantly or its online part will consist of vulnerable spaghetti code, time will show.
