I heard it's awkward because the GTA VI announcement was delayed.

I’m not even looking forward to VI after the whole trilogy mess cuz it would probably be a buggy ass disaster if it ever comes out.

Just went and had a look now ,

 

eh, not for me.

 

DJ Tennis kind of looks like a predator.

 

I haven't really been impressed at all from the Circoloco music, particularly the stuff they added to GTA Online.

 

Very generic boom tick move along sort of nothing music to me.

The Trilogy wasn't developed by Rockstar. In layman's terms, Rockstar just handed it off to a friend they used to know and kinda' liked many years ago. And they had a little oversight and gave them a date of releasing it close to GTA III's 20th Anniversary.

 

GTA VI is being developed internally (duh) by Rockstar Games and is bankrolled by GTA Online (lol) and can release pretty much whenever it's ready or Rockstar/take-Two need a big payday. Will it have bug? Yes, every game has bugs. But The state of The Trilogy has no real bearing on the quality of GTA VI.

There are other factors that may play a part in GTA VI's quality and reception, however. Namely how Rockstar are these days and their over reliance and love for GTA Online & Shark Cards, etc.

Lol, Squid Game comes to New York

 

To be fair I liked the camera direction and the way they cut to shots drifting around that absolutely gorgeous building. Nothing wrong with the tunes too. 

 

Yet seeing something as huge as Grand Central completely deserted except for a few dozen folk fenced in to a tiny corner did seem kinda strange to me.

 

It all felt weirdly detached for a setting like that. But hey I'm sure they'll do more of them and maybe it'll evolve.

It’s kinda sad that this is what Sam wants to do instead of focusing on GTA VI

Im sure they will still be credited in GTA VI. The GTA series is similar to a steak that’s resting while emitting a cloud in the shape of a shark card.

Is it possible? Yeah.

Will it happen? Well there's a minus 1 million percent chance Leslie comes back. about a 0% chance that some of the old original guys come back. And about a 1% chance that Dan comes back.

Lazlow is a little different, given the reasons for him leaving. Him coming back is always a little more possible. But I certainly wouldn't get my hopes up at all.

 

Best advice: Let it go, and move on. Make your peace with it.
