I take on board @spider-vice 's comments, but we're at risk of arguing over fine nuances of suburban architecture and the threshold at which a re-interpretation of a real-world object complies with or passes the presumed threshold of Rockstar's possible re-interpretation.

 

My personal opinion is that the IRL house in that pic is nowhere near the house in the Rockstar image.  There's a very butch portico porch, a wing on the opposite side of the house to the garage that is totally different, uneven roof elevations, and just look at how different the winows are. Its whole proportional vibe is too different.

 

But in the absence of anything else we'll be arguing about garage roofs for the next eight weeks.

I don't believe it's real, simply because of the fact that it refuse to believe GSG would even have access to anything GTAVI related... It's glaringly obvious that they didn't even ship any resources down to florida for the trilogy for the whole 2 years they worked on it. Like... not even the original uncompressed audio files, and you're trying to tell me they gave them as pre-release screenshot of GTA VI? f*ck outta here, yeah right...

Do the clouds 100% use Rdr 2 technology?

I mean can't they be real with some kind of filter applied into them?

Idk about game development but i see people saying that the clouds are a giveaway.

Don't forget we thought E&E had the same cloud technology due to the Cayo Perico cutscene but it turned out the E&E doesn't use them (judging from the existing trailers)

There are R* devs credited as well (I assume for misc contributions, they're all in a big list at the end) so it's not impossible. R* NYC in an interview said GSG had access to Rockstar's asset library so... Could've been sneaked in.

As woeful as certain aspects of the Tripod turned out to be, there would have been regular contact between Rockstar and GSG at least at a project management and QA level. GSG were trusted because of links that go way back, so  it's plausible that between chums they decided to slip in a sneaky hint. Or maybe this is GSG trolling us all and not least Rockstar?

 

I highly doubt GSG were given full access to the whole Rockstar asset library (there will almost certainly not be a single grand vault asset library anyway, if only for security reasons).

 

E&E might be the one to watch for more hints, since it's much more of an in-house endevor.

The clouds in the back looks like they are from RD2, there is even shadows from the trees at the front of the house on top of the roof. I think it’s a first pic of GTA 6

We released the Rockstar game, made a remaster of GSG, why do you think that before the game was released, the Rockstar developers themselves added a photo like Easter eggs? GSG shouldn't know about the 6th part of GTA, but Rockstar could easily insert a photo before the release of the game, let's say a month before the release, anything is possible.

They should have made it obvious and just added Buy E&E somewhere so people would buy E&E thinking there would be hints there

I came to say that is definitely a Florida style home. There are probably hundreds like it there. I forget why but wide, single story homes like that (often called ranch style homes) are very common in that region of the United States, even today. I forget but there was a very specific reason why. But yeah, definitely Florida.

I'm still sceptical that it's actually the house, you're really just basing that on coincidental tree placement, which would actually be quite common I think.

 

I mean it might be, but I would need more evidence than just tree placement.

That house isn't even close. The roof clearly gives it away that it is different, as well as the lack of a sidewalk. I still think it is a real photo though. 

The example in the video shows what we should be looking for. 

 

 

Notice the main roof is a hip, and the garage section is a gable. From my searching around, I've noticed that roofs are all either hip or gable; it is not often that they are mixed like this.

I think the important notes are the roof shape, the lack of sidewalk, the palm as well as normal trees (and clear skies), the mailbox, what looks like a fence, and the curved driveway skirt.

That house is most likely in Palm Beach County.. Which you can absolutely say is part of south FLA. Mar-a-Lago is also in Palm Beach County.. Trumps resort palace. And if you think they aren't going to parody Donald Trump you dont know GTA.

 

So yeah we'll see nice litle neighborhoods like "Wellington" and such. And for that reason Im sure that home invasions/robberies will be back in GTA 6.

 

They'll probably include nearly everything south of Lake Okeechobee and all the way down the Keys + the Everglades. California is great and all but South FLA is epic. And we're going to have superb wildlife in our next GTA. =)))

You realize that whatever assets Rockstar gives them was not necessarily under GSG request, right? Like all the assets from GTAV. Just because we think it’s GTA6 doesn’t mean Rockstar told GSG “here have this sneak pic of GTA6”, they just gave it to them. Not that hard
