Oddly enough, the car is different in the artwork. But the car from the actual mission looks like the same one from the art in the new update.

It's an Audi A5 2010-2012. Weird though why did they use a real life car in that art.

There was a 5 year gap between GTA 5 and RDR2. By that logic, we would get a new game on 2023.

I was just trying the new dlc and was pretty annoyed by KDJ. Decided to try it later on instead. I haven’t played GTA since Cayo Perico was released, and I never completed that. So I went back into SP to save, and I realised that it’s been what, 2 years since I played that. The age of the game REALLY shows by now, but I couldn’t help but think how great GTA VI will look compared to GTA V. V was great for its time, but RDR2 has really upped the ante in terms of graphics, sound, story and atmosphere. I can’t wait until VI is released. If the graphics are even better than RDR2, which I’m sure it will be, then we’re in for a real treat.

Tbh I wouldn't be even mad if May Payne 4 dropped before GTA VI

A linear story takes less work than building a huge open world game

Oh thank god, finally people can stop bringing it up. But still, props to the guy tho. Sure, he was a troll, but he did a great job! He put a lot of effect into it. Especially when you compere it to all the other "leaked maps" we seen before.

I mean just look at this crap...


^ The first time I saw it I literally couldn't believe that there are people in this world who would even for a moment consider this could be real... I know not everyone is a graphic designer but cmon... Not to mention all the articles written about it... 

I remember thinking "even I could make make a better map than that". And if people are so gullible and the bar is set soooo low, Im surprised we haven't seen 20 better maps by now lol. Hopefully now people will think twice before they say "its too real to be fake"

So, I haven't been here for the last few months. My guess is that nothing happened since then, aside from people creating fake maps and rumours...

 

That said, I'd rather have R* take their time, it's better to have a finished game instead of a Cyberpunk 2077 situation. My concerns are mostly regarding the PC release (they'll take their merry time to get it out on PC, so that people get it on both console and PC haha), and how Dan and Leslie leaving will impact the GTA series as a whole.

Yeah I'm cool with R* taking their time.

 

As the saying goes, a game is late until it's released. A bad game is bad forever (yes, FO76, the re-release of Final Fantasy, and No Man's Sky have changed this, but still).

That may be the worst part. But what is equally as depressing is that it takes 5 - 7 years to make a single game these days. We got the Entire Mass Effect trilogy in 4 years and 4 months. The Batman Arkham trilogy in 5 years and 11 months. Yet it's taking Rocksteady 6+ years to release their next game, which is scheduled for 2022, and is likely going to be delayed further. 

 

With all due respect, I'm patient and can wait for games, but when you start getting past 6 or 7 years... that's asking a lot. And that's regardless if you release other games in different series in between. It's perfectly understandable why it takes so long nowadays. But doesn't mean I have to sit their like the dog in the burning house saying "This is fine". Nah, it aint fine. Sorry, but I can respect the truth and still not be very happy with the reality of it.
