Before the Toreador came out, I might have said the Stromberg was the best missile shooting car in freemode because it can at least survive for a few seconds against a mk2.

Best overall would have been the Vigilante for its ability to be used in heists, and no radar icon.

I recently bought a Stromberg just to park it in my secondary character's submarine (the Torreador is ready in the MOC), I think it is a bad model (I don't know it just looks cheap and somehow not right) with few customizations options, in terms of aesthetics I favor the Ardent over the Stromberg, it is a really nice classic sports car but since it has no missilies it's no competion, so definitly the Torreador over the Stromberg, an overall better model, more customization, (underwater) boost and 4 seats.
