ill take her mission problems

i finished the first "ill take her mission" but for some reason  wont call me to start the next one. I tried to sleep in game countless times and tried calling over and over but nothing happens. can i acsses some spefsific game file to trigger the mission or glitch the game to get packie  to call me? pls help. on steam btw thank you
