You can drop money in GTA Online? How?

On that platform you never will.

I wouldn't waste my time. Look for a menu user and ask them for a few billion.

Same way it's done on PC, with a mod menu.

Don't bother asking anything else about that because any mod menu discussion is forbidden on this website. Just search Google or something.

First off, I would recommend moving to the PS4 version, but that may not be feasible, particularly if you are waiting for the PS5/Series-X to become available. So you may be waiting out a PS5 and skipping the PS4/XBone if you don't have one. Actually, I thought that the updates for the PS3 ended before Cayo Perico was released, but I may be wrong.

As for your question, it is impossible to answer without more information. What do you want from GTAO? Are you more interested in PvP? Or are you looking to be more of a peaceful player, who runs your businesses and really builds your criminal empire, doing heists and all sorts of money work? Are you more of a racer or interested in the wacky modes, like transformer races or Arena Wars? There are just way too many facets to GTAO to answer your question with the very limited information you provided.

Join heists and buy an armored Kuruma, there's not much else to do. I would buy a garage on the countryside and a Tommy Gun to begin with. If things are the same on PS3 as on Xbox360 it won't take long until you magically level to 100 or some 1000 and get a lot of money. Don't mind, R* doesn't care about old gen.

As you're still low level, there's a very good chance you'd get kicked out of heists anyway (the playerbase doesn't seem to be very tolerant of new players) - so my advice is as follows.

Do the treasure hunts - you'll get notifications of these on your phone  Same for the bounty hunting missions you'll get messaged about.  Once you have $50,000 you'll be able to register as a VIP for a few hours - this will allow you access to VIP Work to make more money.

Focus on VIP work and destroying all the signal jammers you can find (grab all the collectibles you can find too, such as the playing cards and action figures) until you get 2-3 million.  Don't spend anything you don't NEED to before this - you're saving up for the Kosatka Submarine from Warstock.  This will give you access to the Cayo Pericio heist which will be your main money-making method.  Note that you'll need to pay a visit to the Music Locker nightclub at the Casino in order to be able to purchase the Kosatka.

I can definitely recommend watching a couple of youtube videos showing how to do the heist effectively, and just follow this process.  Once you're comfortable with it - and have enough money to not have to worry about it - then you can start seeing about buying other stuff.  A CEO Office and vehicle warehouse is a definite good idea (as it's the next-best way of making money that doesn't involve heists - you can make 80k per high-end car.  Essentially don't sell ANY cars that aren't high-end that you've sourced - just store them and when you reach 50% capacity of non-high end cars you'll ONLY source high-end cars).  The bunker is also a good option to go for as one of your earlier businesses.  Hold back on the Motorcycle ones until you've got cash to spare.

Hold back on getting the nightclub until you've got a selection of different businesses to maximise your income from it.  How much it makes will be tied to your warehouse technicians and how many other businesses you have access to.  (5 techs & 7 business types - Cargo, weapons, coke, meth, cash, weed and forgeries - the last 5 are Motorcycle Club businesses) - note that the businesses must be active in order for the nightclub to be able to produce the goods - but you can simply have them open with no goods or supplies.  Yes, it will cost you money, but it will maximise your nightclub production capabilities.

He's on PS3.

It wasn't updated with anything from Heists on.

This is why it's probably good to move on to PS4 - it has no cheater menus yet on it.

I didn't know the PS3 hadn't been updated - in that case, ignore the Kosatka information - go for a CEO Office and vehicle warehouse - both will cost you 2-3 million.  You may be able to get a free office with the Criminal Enterprise starter pack (but the bunker included as a freebie is in the worst location in the game - although you could use it to research unlocks until you can afford to buy one in a more central location)

PS3 has no import export and  obviously no bunker. Last content update was Ill gotten gains part 1 or so for them. Aka I also think this is some bait topic.

Lol, old gen only has the old heists, he won't need money since there is nothing worth to buy (except maybe Kuruma, Savage, Insurgent and T20) and modders will give him a lot of money sooner or later. As long as he wont join a Pacific Standard final I don't think anyone will kick him, when you do the old heists you cannot be picky.

No it's not. I'm really good at doing heists especially the heist "The Big Score" in story mode

You have to do the Fleeca Final first and its not at Warstock, I think San Andreas Super Autos.
