Looking for some mods for a chase scene

Hello,

 

I'm new to this, so please forgive me if I did not post this in the right forum.

 

I'm looking to produce a chase scene in San Fierro in the likes of this:

 

And i have a few questions:

1. Is there a mod for giving cars a small, gradual, temporary speed boost? San Fierro's hills are pretty steep and long, so the main car will lose speed quickly and that is not productive for a 'fast' chase scene.

 

2. Is there a mod for saving and loading a car's position AND the direction it is facing? I have only found mods that save the position and spawn you there if needed, but not facing a specific direction.

 

3. I manually record and playback each traffic car in the scene, with the help of a trainer. Record -> drive it myself -> stop recording. Playing back lets the car drive the exact route i drove.

    Problem: These cars dont have any drivers or passengers in them.

    Is there a mod to put some passengers or drivers in empty cars? Or have the windows tinted?
