Title says it all...

I am completely new to GTA Online and I don't know most of it's features. Can you tell me, how do I decrease my mental state?

Simply by not killing anyone for a while. That includes civilians and police, as well as players.

It resets by itself after umm 24h?

It's mostly completely pointless though. Until I kill you for the RP and you're not sure why.

Does it decrease once every minute/10 minutes/20 minutes?

Honestly I would just ignore it. Mental state really doesn't mean much especially now when you can't even tell if someone has a high mental state if you are a part of a MC club or CEO/VIP organization. Basically all it means is your dot on the map goes red and other players will get a little extra RP for killing you but no one goes after people for that RP and if someone wants to kill you they will if you have a high or low mental state. If you are worried just register as an MC president if you own a clubhouse or a CEO if you own a office and your dot will be whatever your organization colour is.

In my opinion, I wouldn't. Because players will kill you many times. After you respawn, they will kill you again

They do that even when you don't have a high mental state. I have been playing for 6 years now and 95% of the time I have been killed in public sessions for no reason I have had no mental state at all with a completly white dot.

Yeah, maybe they are just jealous at your cool vehicle and then they try to destroy it and kill you

I get killed in stolen street cars as well. Being repeatedly killed for no reason is just a part of GTA Online that happens quite often. If you are being killed a lot I would try finding a new session you should be able to find a peaceful lobby after a couple of tries.

Same here, a while ago I was looking for vehicles in the in-game websites and someone just killed me for no goddamn reason. And I quickly find a new peaceful session

If you are standing still looking at websites or something going passive for that few minutes will help. When I'm in a public session and I am standing still for whatever reason I go passive so people don't assume I am afk and try to get an easy free kill cause when that happens it usually turns in to a fight that lasts a while.

Ah sh*t why I didn't think about that

Anyway, thanks for the tip, man. It's 100% helpful :)
