What is the "Thing" Michael talks to Franklin about in story mode

I am stuck at 89% progress in story mode, Franklin has 1 mission available, Trevor and Michael have 0. Any time Michael talks to Franklin, he always says they have a meeting, or appointment at the "place" about the "thing". 

What the heck is he talking about?.

So basically, Rockstar can’t just flash a notification on the screen bcoz they want it “fancy”, so they just made the actors record that whenever you call them.
