Movie problem

Hello!

 

There's a big problem occuring when I start the game... The first movie, with the "Rockstar Games" and "Rockstar North", plays correctly, but the screen freezes on black after, and it cannot play the second movie with the credits.

 

How can I solve this problem?

 

I tried everything, but the problem always repeats and become annoying...
