YusufAmirsBF
Rockstar created indeed a helluva masterpiece of a open-world. But that means nothing after a while if you don't have sh*t to do in that world. That's why my most played online games are GTAO and ESO. Both games are less pretty than RDO, but the amount of content you have already (and also receive with each update) makes the difference. So no, we are not spoiled, just Rockstar doesn't care (enough) about this game. The last update for example wasn't that bad, but it was more of the same thing, which is boring. At this point whenever I feel the mood for RDR2's world I just play the story again. Lonely-Martin, Krommer, Direwrath and 3 others

Just to clarify, my reply was to Ks comment about SP. This won't work online, unfortunately. Krommer and Zapper

R* probably have to take 90% of the blame or responsibility on this one because the content they're producing at the moment is, well, mediocre at best. I'm not enjoying any of it. 23 hours ago, 955i said: It has been a sweat and I would love something new but I am now amusing myself by trying to complete all the awards for the belt buckles. Its going to take AAAAAGES so please don't try to tell me there is nothing to do in the game, there are masses of things to complete. Ok, but you do realise collecting belt buckle awards is not everyone's cup of tea, right? It's certainly not mine. 23 hours ago, 955i said: People going on about the amount of stuff in GTAO have obviously forgotten (or never knew) how sparse it was at launch (CEO boxes for months anyone?) and that it has now been running since 2013 (almost 8 1/2 years). Also recognize that the first Executives and Other Criminals which allowed you to have a business did not drop until 2015, two years after launch. I wouldn't say it was "sparse". R* continually updated GTA:O month after month after month in 2013/2014. Plus, they were a lot more open and talkative with the fans back then. ventogt, Direwrath and Lonely-Martin

Not trying to sound greedy but I think our input should take priority over theirs with the exceptions being of course, the limits of the game and their ability to produce said wishes. It shouldn't be too hard really most players are on the same page with what they are looking for in the first place. Be careful what you wish for LOL, I have seen people on forums asking for cars and planes to be put in the game 'because they existed then'. They may have but they are not in the spirit of RDO and if they did put such things in that would be the parting of ways for me and one of my favorite games Guns a-Blazin

I know some people can't be bothered with the grind but I am genuinely interested to hear what you would like added. I think horse breeding (i.e. a ranch) would be interesting. You could catch wild horses and breed for colours/traits and the resulting offspring's value would depend on the traits that show through. The game could have a % chance of the top traits being present in any breeding so you never know what you will get. You could even bring an extra player interaction in by having others ranches viewable so if they had a horse with a trait you like you could make an offer for a stud/filly (with R* cut added of course LOL). It could introduce a Beecher's Hope sort of property where you can breed and sell different types of horses to players/NPC's. Maybe even livestock and wagons as well? My Arthur took one of those poor diseased Murfree brood horses because I felt so bad leaving the poor thing in the forest to die. Named her Grunge and made her my official pack horse. 10 hours ago, 955i said: Be careful what you wish for LOL, I have seen people on forums asking for cars and planes to be put in the game 'because they existed then'. Give me my trusted equines, a saddle and I am just happy with the world. Cars and planes would be a hard pass for me. 5 hours ago, FortifiedGooner86 said: An Outlaw Role that consists of heists and other criminal activities. I want all of this And a few more playable character slots that when not being played are actually NPC characters that do things around our ranch. With the extra characters we can split up the roles so that we are not all playing just one character who is basically a jack of all trades. At this point whenever I feel the mood for RDR2's world I just play the story again. in my opinion this may be the most objectively true answer here rdo impressed me - rockstar let the player interact with the world much more than you could in gtao, you could pick plants and hunt animals and were affected by climates, all in a really amazing and diverse environment that you get to know in rdr2's story, but at some point repetition kicks in and there's not much keeping you collecting can be a fun round trip where you explore the diverse landscape from the massive desert to the really annoying hills in the north and the threat of animals is exciting, but fatigue sets in after a few trips because you can only do loops around the map so many times bounty hunting can be a great trip even with strangers and makes for some great fights/chases but again, it's repetitive i've had the most fun joining random posses and helping them with their trader sales because we'd get into fights with strangers and it felt very cinematic, but given that these were rare and the player base started to shrink (i started playing on pc release so there was big hype) this became rarer i'm not saying that they should add this kind of stuff but without cars/properties in this game there really isn't much for them to add in the way of aspirations/activities, gta 5's theme is some sort of satire regarding capitalism and each dlc relates to that through motivating the player to earn more money and becoming more powerful, i have no idea what the equivalent of that would be in rdo, that they haven't already added YusufAmirsBF
