GTA IV GAME PROBLEMS, HOW CAN I SOLVE? / PROBLEMI DI GIOCO, COME RISOLVO? (ING/ITA)

 ING:  I have this problem with GTA IV and I can't find anything on youtube I have on google
 ITA:   Ho questo problema con GTA IV è non trovo niente su youtube ho su google

 

ING:  Opening GTA IV, after loading the story, going down the street I have after exiting the house going right then straight and then right again the game freezes makes a black screen, sometimes the game resumes but lagging but sometimes they are instead forced to restart the PC.
this thing also happens to other areas of the map, for example after 'exiting the primary house of Niko where you start the game going left then always straight after passing the mission of R (Roman) the game freezes again. What I do?

 

ITA:  Aprendo  GTA IV, dopo aver caricato la storia, andando per strada ho dopo l' uscita dalla casa andando a destra poi dritto e poi nuovamente a destra il gioco si blocca fa una schermata nera, avvolte il gioco si riprende ma laggando ma avvolte invece sono costretto ad riavviare il PC.
questa cosa capita anche ad altre zone della mappa, adesempio dopo ' uscita della casa  primaria di niko dove si inizia il gioco andando a sinistra poi sempre dritto dopo aver superato la missione di R (roman) il gioco nuovamente si blocca. Cosa Faccio?

That be a memory issue in a way that the game doesn't recognize all the available resources.
