8x anti aliasing is not enough for SA, how can I use MSAA?

Hello, I play GTA SA with 8x AA but this is not enough. Objects look a little bad when i zoom in or change the camera angle. From AMD Radeon Adrenaline 2020 settings I changed this to 8x and 8xEQ but it didn't work. How can I activate MSAA, what should i do? I want completely clear graphics. Thanks.
