Cam Hack Error

There is a mod in gta san andreas . but when i install everything dx8vb.dll and cam hack in the gta sa folder. When i enable the mod my game just crashes.

info: 1.0 gta sa 1.1 cam hack (tried 1.3 and 1.5) windows 10 64 bit.
