Can't play the game

So, i mod gta 5 all the time so i decided the other day I'd give LSPDFR a whirl. installed some mods to go with it and it all worked fine. Then i tried ELS, my brother uses LSPDFR too and he copied his x64 and update folders to the mods folder and his works fine but since i did it the game doesn't load at all. I've tried removing all mods from the root and just playing the vanilla game, Online and story mode both crash after 5-10 seconds of loading. I've tried everything from uninstalling the game the epic launcher and r* launcher and everything in documents, still nothing changes. I've almost thought just buying the steam version as well would at least allow me to play the game again. Any ideas?
