High-Altitude or High-Octane: GTA Online Celebrates Stunts of All Shapes and Sizes

Earn GTA$500K for Completing Stunt Jumps, Get Triple Rewards on Drop Zone and More

This week, GTA Online celebrates the adrenaline junkies who defy gravity and death alike, on set and off the grid. Parachuting from high-altitude and jumping a vehicle over as many local landmarks as you can while LSPD patrol-cars wreck themselves in hot pursuit is a reward all its own, but a nice payday sure never hurt anyone.

dropzone.jpg

3X GTA$ and RP on Drop Zone

Strap on your ‘chute and throw yourself out of a hovering chopper. Whatever you do upon landing is up to you — your goal is to hold the Zone down against your enemy. They’ll be dropping in just as fast and just as hot as you. In addition to a set of wind-chapped cheeks, you will walk away with triple GTA$ and RP on Drop Zone, all week long.

parachute.jpg

2X GTA$ and RP on All Parachute Jobs,Plus Unlock the Bigness Jackal Sweater

Dom Beasley’s always described himself as more a control junkie than anything. Visit any Parachute marker on your map or pull up Parachuting Jobs via the Jobs list on the Pause Menu to earn 2X GTA$ & RP, all week long — not to mention you’ll get the Bigness Jackal Sweater for free by April 14th.

If you need a nudge out of the cargo bay door, keep in mind that all Parachutes, Parachute Bags and Parachute Smoke options are free for the next seven days.

Stunt Jump Bonus

Whether it’s on two wheels or four, completing any 5 Stunt Jumps across the map this week will land you a GTA$500,000 bonus in your Maze Bank account by April 14th.

Double Rewards on Biker Sell Missions, Work, and Challenges

For some the heat rippling off the road, the chemical cocktail of asphalt mingling with engine fumes, the roar barely contained by a vintage chassis, the tight embrace of a pair of skintight chaps – these are the hallmarks of a true stunt aficionado. These leather types will be able to earn a killing off Biker Sell Missions and MC Work & Challenges — all paying out double GTA$ and RP until April 7th.

podium.jpg

On the Podium This Week: Itali RSX

Stop by the lobby of The Diamond Casino & Resort to spin the Lucky Wheel and walk away with GTA$, RP, clothing, mystery items and more. This week’s top prize on the podium is the Itali RSX — a luxury sportscar that elicits all sorts of reactions, including (but not limited to): envious whistles, expletives, and nervous yelps; all are appropriate.

DISCOUNTS

In addition to the free Parachute paraphernalia above, GTA Online players can take advantage of a range of discounts this week, including on real estate like Garages and Hangars that will help take your vehicle collection to the next level, as well as a range of vehicles to help get you airborne in all sorts of ways, whether it’s a helicopter or a hypercar built to fly off a shoulder of the highway at high speed.

A stunting I will go... Even in modern Southern San Andreas, $500K isn't something to be sniffed at!

Thanks for the details @IceDree - you're a legend as always.

2x on parachuting is most welcome, and an extra half mil to go throw my cars off a few stunt jumps is certainly a sweet lil' bonus. Nice!

Cheers @IceDree, as always. 🍻

Half a mil for 5 stunt jumps?! AND a nice podium vehicle that justifies my connection going flaky?? 😛 pretty good week!

Edit: oh also nice discount for garages that includes office garages, time to give my alt char some more parking space :D

Thx @IceDree

Did the same jump 5 times, let's see if it works lol

Drop Zone is actually kinda fun... though I didn't play, just sniped the other team the whole time lmao

Got to actually get Drop Zone II marked off as Played too, never got it during the Double periods as nobody wanted to play it

And I like that the Parachute bags are free, only had the classic but now I own them all lol

I did 5 different jumps just to be safe. Also finally bought the Cargobob and Sultan Classic, been after them for a while. The Howard is tempting but compared to the Alpha, it feels like Stromberg vs Toreador. While the Howard is good, the Alpha does the function (being a plane for races and stunting) better.

So thats the 5 landmark stunt jumps done to be illegible for the $500k ...... couple of ramps around the Docks and famous one behind the Playboy mansion, where you launch from the mansions in Rockford Hills.

But i got no message or alert saying challenge complete. i guess my GTAO profile has it saved somewhere, for the server to recognise.

I didn't get a notification either, so 'fingers crossed it wasn't / isn't an unimaginative April Fools by Rockstar.

I kept overshooting a lot of the 'landing zones' for most of the Stunt Jumps, so I borrowed a Fugitive from a passing NPC to get them done! (incidentally, if you want it back Ms NPC, I left it on the lighthouse island for you)

I don't think you ever get notifications saying the challenge is complete when they pay the money or give clothing later on.

That is the toughest jump imo. It took several tries here back in the day.

I found myself hunting out 5 jumps from memory, and right now I'm slaughtering parachute lobbies, it's a good week in an old-school way.

I'm gonna have to look up a stunt jump map, it's been a long time since I did those.

Just remember pretty much all of them will fail if you hit them flat out, especially in 'modern' cars

What do you mean by hitting them flat out?

To 'complete' them you have to land all 4 wheels in the invisible success zone, it's much easier to go too far than too short, and fail on a seemingly fine landing.

Rockstar should change their logo for gta.

Seems fitting, dont you guys think?

The stunt jumps are fun and all but man that sh*t is from 2013.

Thanks man. Seems like they would be easier to complete on a bike.

This week gave me some incentive to complete all the stunt jumps around the map.

I have all but one complete, absolutely certain I did them all but there's still once that either didn't save or I didn't land correctly - now i'm having to backtrack every damn place to find the last one!

I’m also going through all the stunt jumps, been wanting to do it for the longest time being a completist type of player. It be dope if they gave us at least 1 million for all of them.  Hell at least a plat award, tatt, only a paint color for 25 done.

I did all the jumps, finally got this achievement after all these years.

The map I used had a couple of inacuraccies though or my mind got confused, even when I finished the jumps identified on the map, I still missed one. Luckily I had a feeling it was around La Puerta, searched on youtube and was right, jump 26 was the last one I missed.

The reward should have been better for getting all of them
