Game won't launch - it shows black screen for a couple of seconds and then it's back to launcher.

I'm trying to launch GTA V from Rockstar's launcher. It used to work last year, but I did a fresh install this year and the game won't launch anymore. I've tried just about every fix I could find on the internet + checked the pinned thread here, but I just can't fix the problem.

The install is clean, no mods whatsoever.

 

PC:

Windows 10

Nvidia GT 1030

i3-7100 CPU

8gb of RAM

 

Also, on an unrelated note - wow, I still remembered the password to this profile, I don't remember when was the last time I last logged on, must have been in like 2007 or something.
