Gta Social Club Problem

Whenever I try to open GTA 5 I get the Offline Social Club Error. I tried to fix it , tried to go to their official site and discovered I cannot open any of these links , like the link for the launcher or the social club , so I tried stuff on youtube and never worked.Am I banned or what is happenning (I've never used any type of cheats/unknown programs). Can this be fixed ?

Ever since the last PC update I've been getting A LOT of connection issues, especially with the Launcher. Mid-session I get "This is taking longer than expected" quite frequently and constant Offline launch because it couldn't establish connection. While loading Online it's become normal that I get at least one "Could not load data, please go back to GTA V and try again later" and other similar issues (like "SAVING FAILED").

 

I don't know if others have been experiencing this, but the Launcher has been terrible lately for me

This is a fix for individuals who run GTAV and Social Club runs in disconnected mode. I had this issue for some time and the 3-4 stages 

works for me. 

1.) Erase Social Club Envelope From Reports. 

2.) Set Steam as Overseer  mylowes

3.) Reinstall GTAV Social Club  mykohlscharge

4.)Go on Steam then to games then, at that point right snap GTAV and go to dispatch choices and enter - scOnlineOnly 

5.) Go to the establishment registry of GTAV and find commandline.txt or make that text record and enter - scOnlineOnly
