Do you think he was ever supposed to appear in the missions? Maybe something to do with Ken, but it doesn't seem to far-fetched, as they brought him back in LCS. The Las Venturas sign is a parody of Vegas Vic. That's like saying Tommy Vercetti and Vice City were supposed to be in the game because there are Vercetti action figures in Zero's shop and Vice City maps in the trash cans in Angel Pine. It is very unfortunate that Reynolds and Rockstar had bad blood with each other. I'd like to see him in Venturas...maybe we could've had some missions for him? It was at that point that R* decided that they didn't like dealing with big name Hollywood stars and their big egos. It was in the book jacked.
