Looks like some motorhome near sandy shores or something, I'm thinking its probably in the lost camp there. Beyond that it looks like some FiveM roleplay server, in your own language?

 

Why not just ask the person who made the screenshot? I'm confused what your goal is & why you signed up for this question lol
