OpenIV crashes when importing openFormats

Hi guys! In the last few days I had this annoying problem. When I try to import openFormats to OpenIV, it crashes and it gives me this type of error:

As you might have notice, I'm trying to import a file into italian_rel.rpf, because I wanted to add more lines to the "global.gxt2", of course importing it with openFormat. I've already did this many times in previous versions of the game, and now simply doesn't work. What can I do? Any suggestion?

That's odd, try doing a fresh re-install of OpenIV.
