I can't use any stores. There's no employee there and I can't interact with anything (computers/clothing racks etc)

I am using mods and off the top of my head they are

• Scripthook
• TrafficLoad
• Zpatch
• Z Menu
• Farnsworth Business
• Weapon weight
• weapon stash
• Potential grim
• Arrest warrant
• Bleed and heal
• Bank account

I can't tell if you solved this problem, but if not then you may try removing the mods one by one (especially the plugins, as they're far easier to remove and re-install) and testing the game for each. This way you will determine which mod causes this glitch.
