How to remove tuning mods from vehicles?

Ok so, i got a personal vehicle mod installed that makes the savanna from the mission "Cesar Vialpando" mine and gives it special flags so it doesn't despawn and stuff. So, i've put some tuning on the car in my main save file (hard roof, a front bumper, exaust pipes, and wheels) and now i want to install a 90's atmosphere vehicle pack in my game. Thing is, when i load my save file and my savanna loads in along with the tuning mods, the game crashes. I checked the tuning shop and it appears there isn't an option to remove them. Can someone here help me remove the darn tuning mods cuz otherwise i need to delete my save and start again and i'm honestly not in the mood for that.

 

Note: I cannot simply get rid of the car by destroying it cuz i need to pay to get it back and when i do, it stays with the mods on.

Remove personal vehicle mod? and after that get rid of saved car first and then install atmosphere mod might work this way

Yeah, but i really wanna keep that mod since it's the most convenient thing ever. whatever, i'll just roll without the athmosphere mod

Try remove and and get rid of car and then install mod and personal vehicle back too
