What if this game is made up of fan stuff? what if Rockstar makes contests and the winner gets in the final game?

Like for example: 

Map contest: People make many maps for Vice City, and the winner gets to be the map in the final game.

Track: People make songs for GTA 6, the winner gets his track into the game.

Character: People make characters for GTA 6, yada yada yada.

 

What GTA 6 ends up being like this?
