Urbanski Posted March 23, 2021 Share Posted March 23, 2021 Hi, I'm playing GTA 5 online, upgraded a couple of my cars (Grotti Carbonizzare & Sabre Turbo) and noticed that the engine, transmission and brake upgrades disappeared when I logged back in. Thought I was going mad, spent the money again for the upgrades (transmission, EMS upgrade, brakes) and again they have disappeared. I think in total I've upgraded the engine, transmission & brakes on these cars at least twice if not more and they keep disappearing. All other upgrades to the cars like wheels, paint, trim and other cosmetic upgrades have remained ok. I'm keeping them in my High end apartment garage and upgrading at Los Santos Autos. SummerFreeze Posted March 23, 2021 Share Posted March 23, 2021 Did you exit the game immediately after the two times you upgraded the car? The problem may be that the game hadn't conducted a save yet. You can force a save by changing a clothing item. Other than that, it'll come down to a bug and you'd have to ask Rockstar Support about it. The only idea I have is that the parking spot may be bugged, so you could try "cleaning" it buy saving a stolen street vehicle in it, which you then blow up. I don't think I exited right after the upgrades, they were all done at different times so it's very unlikely I upgraded the cars and immediately logged out on each occasion but good to know about forcing a save for future reference.
