[SA] Dynamic Headlight (like GTA V)

Hello all,

I've been playing GTA: SA on PS2, PC and Mobile for a long time. I have a problem with vehicle lights where the lights are not bouncing off the wall (some are bouncing) and here it seems "translucent" I have searched the internet and I also played on some MTA: SA servers that have this feature, and there is also a Graphics mod. ENB is like an example; 'Renderhook' but requires high computer specs. Can someone give me a solution? or maybe mod as I expected because I don't really understand about modding GTA: Sa or making scripts like Cleo or .ASI, if anyone can help me I would really appreciate it.
