Anbody out there being able to help me what the problem here could be?

I can reproduce it. Always happening in when entering a specific area in downtown LS south of the Ammu-Nation.

 

It strangely happens after enabling "Real Linear Graphics Lite" mod on top of a fresh install of San Andreas "Defintive Edition" which is weird since changing a timecycle.dat basically only does changes colors, right? What's cracking here?
