Black screen into crash on loading done

Hello I have a strange issue with black screening and crashing without any error message.

I have downgraded v1.0 US from Steam with (read to the end before you start replying) lots of mods. My game was running good, very few crashes with this many mods.
I've managed to complete a mission "Burning Desire" and after that, my game won't load. Suddenly it goes to black screen => crash without any errors.

The thing is, I did not add any mods nor changed the mod list, only thing that I did manage to find was in "modloader.log" stating:
"Unhandled exception at 0x00469FBC in gta-sa.exe (+0x69fbc): 0xC0000005: Access violation reading location 0x000003BF."

Any solutions? Thanks in advance.

delete save file in folder: "cleo/cleo_saves"
