Is there a way for me to run GTA 4 with these specs?

These are my specs:
Intel Celeron N4000 1.1 Ghz (can be overclocked to 2.6)

4 GB of ram

Intel UHD 600

256 GB SSD

Windows 10 2004

Yes, I am trying to run this with a laptop. Any helpful tips will be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Your CPU will be a bottleneck and you will have low performance due to overheating and throttling. You may expect 15-20 fps at 1280x720 with medium settings.

I recently got a report that you may use DXVK with Intel UHD and older Intel driver.

In order for Grand Theft Auto IV to look good you need a very high resolution (for example 3840 x 2160), as the game doesn't contain AA and it doesn't detect any other AA settings.

So, if you want the game to look good, then... no. It won't run. However, if you don't mind jaggies everywhere then... maybe, but I really doubt it.

I played Grand Theft Auto IV on a very average PC for 8 years and it was enjoyable, but I had to deal the lack of AA.

However, I've bought a new PC in 2020 and my dream came true, I finally can play this game without jaggies.

Just turn on FXAA in GPU control panel.

GTA IV is a very unstable in the PC platform, try to play with the settings until your game textures start to disappear. If they do, either you entered a location in the game that causes these textures to disrupt or, it is just your settings. I recommend you use these that I got from my commandline.txt.

I hope this might help you.
