D T 3,377
Doesn't look like it'll run very well but it's somewhat playable. DeltaV20

You may expect 15-20 fps at 1280x720 with medium settings. I recently got a report that you may use DXVK with Intel UHD and older Intel driver.
Americana 6,099
In order for Grand Theft Auto IV to look good you need a very high resolution (for example 3840 x 2160), as the game doesn't contain AA and it doesn't detect any other AA settings. So, if you want the game to look good, then... no. It won't run. However, if you don't mind jaggies everywhere then... maybe, but I really doubt it. DeltaV20

Americana 6,099
I played Grand Theft Auto IV on a very average PC for 8 years and it was enjoyable, but I had to deal the lack of AA. However, I've bought a new PC in 2020 and my dream came true, I finally can play this game without jaggies.
