Loading Screen Freezing Bug Sorted Out

The game froze on the loading screen (for several minutes) and in general loading times were way too long.

 

By accident I discovered that the CPU usage shown in the Task Manager during these "freezes" was 100%.I dont know why,and I also dont know how but it drops after some time,and so ,before I begin playing I have to wait for the CPU usage to return to its normal levels.And everything is fine afterwards.

 

Hope this helps a bit.

 

PS:Anyone knows why this CPU thing-y happens ?
