Current State of Manhunt on PS5

Rather sad current state of the Game on the PS5. Looks like the extra horsepower isn't playing nice with the PS2 emulator that was originally made for PS4. Funnily enough, apart from this and what seems to be The Warriors, all other Rockstar games run fine on PS5.

 

Heres hoping Rockstar would one day patch this brilliant game.

Manhunt 1 and 2 remakes when

This unfortunately is on Sony and not Rockstar, as each console manufacturer is responsible for emulator bugs. It's Microsoft who adjusts stuff in their emulators (e.g. GTA IV and RDR backwards compat) for example. Those seem like emulator-specific issues with some of the graphics, so it would be on Sony to fix it.

Yup, most (if not all) PS2 titles on PS5 are performing poorly. Sony still seems to refuse to fix any of the problems - which sucks because they're charging over £15 for every PS2 title on the backwards compact program, you can't even use your original disc.
