the pc should still get stuff, especially the technical upgrades like raytracing and even the variety in traffic. while i have a ps5 I play gta o on PC and my PC is still leagues, oh so many vast leagues more powerful than new gen consoles.

I dont think so! (but this career builder part could be console only)

 

Maybe RS dont want to dig 3 holes at the same time again, like with "Trilogy Def. Edition", so they are digging 2 for now on consoles 

...and when they fill those holes (for sure it is going to be buggy and problematic at start) with few patches, they will finish PC version - it is possible that PC version also needs more work because on PC you can set up bunch of option manually, and you'll not have only 3 graph. settings. PC update maybe together with 'summer DLC'?

Event is live for two weeks.

 

This event is oddly similar to the one we received two weeks ago. It's likely because at that time, Rockstar was using the same event on both ends. On last-gen and current-gen. However, the PS5/Xbox Series tunables likely had a few more bonuses included perhaps. It would make sense for Rockstar to go back to that event upon the new version launch.

 

Also, a neat little bonus, the High Demand bonus for Smuggler Sell Missions now extends to 30 players instead of 25 players on normal payout and 22 players on double pay. That's an extra $42,500 on top of the 25 players bonus for selling a full 50 unit of either Medical Supplies, Chemicals or Narcotics. Nets you $1,105,000 in total. The previous cap at 25 players earns you up to $212,500 and nets you $1,062,500. Not much of a bonus, but interesting nonetheless. Actually, it's up to 32 players, but the last two slots are reserved for a spectator and a dev spectator. So that's not included, but then again it's merely an extra 2% bonus.

I always do that mission by driving there in my APC. Mines and rockets make quick work of those bozos, and you can even drive the APC back to the sub, parking on the top of it.

Im feeling like a third world customer, officially. We PC players are worth less than console gamers.

 

We got the more expensive hardware, but it won't get supported.

So are there going to be any new tunables this time next week on any platform or are these the same tuneables for them as well until 24...

I'm not arguing against the gist of the rest of what you said, but I need to inform you that you are going off of old information regarding this bit I'm quoting. 
Well over a year ago Rockstar changed the Nightclub Popularity Missions from ~10% to 25%. So you only need to do 4 missions now to fill the popularity. And each takes 5-8 minutes to do or less. So less than an hour to go from 0% to 100%.

And it drains 5% every in game day, or once every 48 minutes. Meaning you only need to do a mission once every 5 in game days, or once every 4 hours. During this time the safe will have accrued $44,000. The mission itself will pay you between $2,500 and $5,000. So $46,500-$49,000 to go to the Nightclub, check your product, collect the cash out of the safe, and do a 5-8 minute mission. That's really not that bad at all. 

It's not for new players maybe, but's it's not bad. 
For new players I would recommend (if solo) Office>Headhunter/SIghtseer grind>I/E>Sub.
For new players with old friends "hey, run Cayo with me".

People need to be patient. PC stuff will be probably announced when GTA Trilogy is launching on Steam. Console players waited 7 years for 60 fps and a new auto-shop, I think you can wait a month or two for RT.

Money is completely optional in this game. 
The only reason why you "need" money is if you WANT to have OWNERSHIP over items. 
You can experience every mission, every vehicle, every aspect of the game damn near without owning anything. Everything is multiplayer. 

And if you didn't spend millions on items, you don't need to earn millions to recoup your costs.
