I wonder if E&E will bring back the vehicles from the 2015 heists update into storymode, considering heists take place in 2013, it would make storymode Warstock feel less dead and less of a lackluster.

They should port all the toys and properties from online. Just think if michael or the crew could enter one of our properties or even buy some themselves.

I'm going to be honest...if R* implements the online content to gta v sp, i will be ok with it, but i will not go spend too much time there. I respect who prefer SP, but for me, i wouldn't see the point, i would prefer play with real people instead of being alone in gta sp and also i don't use mods, so, that's why i really don't care about SP anymore. But of course if they give a story dlc, i think i will be playing it.

There is something that people might feel bitters their inclusion. Excluding basic civilian and unweaponized vehicles, things like the Valkyrie, Technical & Insurgent Pick-Up are all vehicles that are designed for Co-Op gameplay and given how scripted GTA V's missions are, the only real opportunity for an AI Micheal, Trevor or Franklin to use the gunner positions on those are mostly off-mission run-around sessions.

 

I've nothing against adding them, I just know it won't add much to the gameplay of Story Mode's missions.

Of course we're going to have to pay for it! It wouldn't be a R* game if you didn't have to pay for it multiple times!

Ok, so this is why no one should play in the cesspit that is public lobby on pc, i usually also don't grind this way, exception being when there are some online friends and even then it's a  risk. So was doing nc promo and got killed by griefer, by the time i wanted to do payback on that player, another red letter player entered a lobby and wrote in chat with my nickname how i have hacked money and rank and that i'm about to be banned then crashed my game. Of course it was a modder, but being targeted like this there could be a risk of leaving a trace via chat of something i didn't do and can't prove it either because of course R* doesn't care and would without a problem wipe me because of grinded money and rank i have for almost 4 years without a chance to appeal on such decision. 

It's off topic, but just a heads up that there are modders who could do pretty much what they want, i got my game crashed numerous times before, other players supposedly killed by me but i've never encountered modder typing with my nickname in game chat. I would steer clear from public lobby more so now than ever before.

I had all that kind of modding on me, but it was a long time ago. The only mods i encountered recently were from 3 or 4 days ago, where the adv. mode that is now 2x $ got a god mode guy there and i just quit. The other was yesterday, i killed a guy in public lobby and then he started to explode me and it continued each time i would re-spwan. The only option was to left the lobby.

One improvement they could do to the chat would be don't remove our text that we were tipping just bcz we received a phone call, that's so annoying...

I may upset you, but cheaters can even join a single session (yes, even this happens, I encountered one), destroy your character's inventory data, etc. By and large, if you are a public person, then you can simply block access to content, or constantly crash the game, just knowing your socialclub id. As I understand it, it all depends on the cost of the software.

Why would there be an E&E for PC? It looks like a simple port, hell, I'm pretty sure that a maxed out PC version will still offer more than whatever they "enhanced" and they wouldn't advertise console SSD specific features like quicker character switching (which is the "it just works" part of the PC port if you have an SSD) if it wasn't just a simple port.

Here's the main concern that i have now, from what i've read before modders can also flag your account as if it comes from R* algorithm or something that player is cheating and then because support is useless and don't care, players could get their account wiped because of that. Bann appeals don't work with R* and even if they do, you have to be lucky to stumble on normal person who can check your account and help you. 

I doubt they would bother with in game chat but if i got flagged by modder posing as admin or alghoritm then i could have a problem.

Well, bcz they are a capitalistic company, so the mindset is making the most amount of money possible. While technically E&E must be a simple port, idk if they wouldn't take advantage of the situation and charged for it.

We can almost say the same thing about DE...that consisted in inplemented a weapon and radio wheels, make some improvements in the graphics, that was most a second layer of paint than other thing more fancy and charge 60$ for it.

Character switching is pretty quick on a fast hdd too

Nah. As far as i know they just send reports like you can do. Only difference: A regular user without a mod tool isn't able to prevent reports getting sent to R* servers. Depending on the tools they use they can prevent you from reporting them. When you don't take any money drops and don't use any modded vehicles a modders spawns infront of you or randomly on the map and you don't go on a killing spree with it, you are pretty much save. For being suspicious you need to do suspicious actions too. Someone claiming you are suspicious isn't enough to wipe or bann an account without any data backing that decision up. It's called reviewing reports. Nobody is perfect and false positives can happen but don't get fooled by people who want to fool you.

Im 99,99% sure, E&E will be just a simple free update for PC players, because we already got the "next gen" graphics since years. The console ppl will have to buy it, because Rockstar wants the money, and because they actually have to upgrade the game for the new consoles. They don't have to upgrade anything for the PC players, we already have what E&E will look like and we already got 2160p @ 120+ FPS gameplay. They maybe finally make the cars, jets, helicopters faster, because the new consoles have SSD's, and that's about it. There probably won't be a new map like Liberty City, because that would be too much work, porting and upgrading it over from good old GTA IV.

 

So yeah the only thing that will change is, faster vehicles, better graphics for console players, and higher FPS and resolution for console gamers. That really really doesn't need a new game for PC players. And im 100% sure, they won't use the latest RAGE engine to upgrade the complete game, that would be too much work, for an already working cash cow.

 

Well that is my speculation.

Since R* clearly love adding their mustangs and mustangy things, it'll only be a matter of time before they add something like the mustang mach e or dbx with the gta ford badge, and add it the muscles class for wheelies, but also raceable in the SUV class.

That and the turdwagen are 2 big ugly fish sharing one small pond, we don't need anymore cr*p electric SUV, especially a Mach E. Its an insult to the Mustang nameplate.

It's not like R* will make the vapid suv as ugly as the mach e that's worse than a stretched lifted normal stang

 

But it will happen.

We already have the Rapid GT Classic, 1000 Dominators, the almost not a mustang inspired novak, Tampa, ellie, etc.

and the iWagen looks just fine

Yep, this is what I'm expecting too: we'll get the new stuff for Online in the form of a patch and that will be it. Maybe they'll finally separate the Story mode and Online clients and fix a bunch of bugs if we are lucky.

Im also wondering why R* haven't put the Uranus in the game, they already did the modeling (from GTA 4). Its just the matter of reworking the old model to the current standards and adding more customizations for it. The Uranus should have been for the Tuner's update, that would make serious bank for R*.
