It'd be awesome if they fixed it so you can complete it as Franklin and Lamar in SP, switching between the two

nah we have the whole story which is basically just that. and those missions are pretty basic.

I wouldn't be surprise if we will get Lamar's missions for our online characters to do, or even take a share in is bussiness at LD Organics...they just need to improve the interior, bcz right now it's just copy pasted from the coke factory when you're setting it up (Biker DLC).

STORY TIME!

 

Last time im dealing with support is during the day Smuggler's Run update came out. Game crashed right after purchasing a Retinue, log back in and the car could not be found in the "presumably" assigned garage yet my money has been deducted. Wrote a ticket and being told to submit the system log or something like that.

 

The support guy returns back telling me that the car is in a different garage, its just me forgot to remember which garage i assign the car to since the crash happened right after i selected the garage to store it.

 

Basically the support guy "respectfully" telling me that im stupid   But that was during the poor and miserable (pre casino and cayo) days, I don't care much about losing as much as 2 million nowadays (Like buying that I-wagen, only to destroy it and selling it in f*cked up condition in under 15 minutes).

So... I was checking on twitter and found an apparent portuguese insider talking about CnC, it has some pretty interesting details on what apparently the ORIGINAL 2020 Summer Update was gonna belike or what could be MAYBE just MAYBE (HOPEFULLY) upcoming this year, I do not have proof if this is fake or not, so take it with a grain of salt.

Once, in 2021, I brought a toros, and it ended up in a different garage than the one I selected, and I couldn't sell it (or get the sell price screen) either, it literally thinks I didn't purchase it.

I also heard that, but, i didn't even want to bring the comment here to people start to speculate about what probably was something pretty fake. I don't know if the guy was portuguese or not, i think it was brazilian, but yeah, the text was written in portuguese, so, it could either be a portuguese or a brazilian who wrote it, but i believe i saw the brazilian banner. Brazilians are very "zoeiros" = trolls.

Exactly! my Retinue couldn't be sold either and it says that "you can only sell vehicles up to 50k" or something like that so the Retinue is still in my possession collecting dust till this day.

I did that thing you had to do for it when it was up in game on first day, that golf intro-mission, and I didn't play/login for like 2 weeks - went in game 2 days ago and had no pop-up or any info do I have it or not, but I looked and there it was in my closet in 'special' section. Had same 'problem' few times before, no pop-ups but it was delivered (and you forget and dont know where to look ). On PC btw.

Yup, the day it unlocked (on PC). Not sure why the roll outs seem to be so inconsistent.

Oh yeah forgot to mention, I didn't get a pop up either, it was just available in my wardrobe.

If i remember correctly, it's in thr DJ tees session. Not always the tees/hoddies are in the unlockables/specials. For example, when are clothes for car brands they go to the "Brands" section.

Also i didnt had a pop-up message.

Yeah, that's fair, that's why I decided take the bullet, hopefully an ACTUAL insider comes in and debunks the whole thing.

Sounds like the worst case scenario of what I expected R* would do with a C&C update. Probably fake but if not then I hope it stays cancelled..
