Oh and don't even get me started on the insanity that is the Hakuchou Drag being a much better off-road bike than the Gargolye, Cliffhanger, Sanchez, Manchez, Enduro and the BF400 LOL

Exactly, anything but Supers are redundant because they have no downsides. Crashes barely affect them, they can go off-road with no penalties, they take as much damage as the next car etc. Supers should be awful on anything but hard road surface and Off-Roaders should be the top car off-road. Stuff like SUV's would be class hybrid vehicles.

If this game atleast tried to be a little bit realistic, then the SUV class would bridge the gap between dedicated off-roaders and street cars, but as it stands it's neither a good class of cars to drive on the road nor off-road, it's just a class of traffic filler at best.

 

The game kinda already tries to do this by having a few SUVs being able to be used on Off-road races, where they are entirely useless anyway because R* doesn't really get the concept of torque vs grip and the dedicated off-roaders have far better performance on and off-road than the SUVs.

 

Oh well, I should not to get too worked up on this because I know this is never being fixed and chances are that R* won't even bother to change this predictment on GTA VI anyway, whenever that game finally becomes f*cking real.

I don't want 100% realism. I just want some balance. If they are going to sell electric SUV's for 1.7 million the least they can do is make it not be sh*t.

Tbh, and this is a long shot, maybe all this modifications means that R* will implement some kind of geek-nerdy-mechanic-guy customizations like we saw in NFS or Midnight Club series? Where a lot of people that don't understand too much concepts of vehicle engeneering will not know how to upgrade the cars...which was what happened to me in those kind of games. Idk...maybe NOS will be included, and more specific specs customizations will bring different results to the table, more of this and less of that, instead of the upgrade to the maximum the options that we have, EMC, Turbo, Brakes, etc. Maybe something that we have with the F1 cars, but now, we actually knowing that if we change this and that the vehicle will perform different.

Still...i don't think R* would put so much effort and such big chances just for the sake of E&E.

I mean realism sort of inherently brings balance. You don’t see Lamborghinis driving off-road out of the box IRL, soooo...

Oh, by the way @El Cavilldo oddly enough, each time i died, the character was getting more feminine again, less bear, less male face, but without the makeup i had previously, lmao, but indeed you had to change session to fix the issue overall. :cringekek:

I had some problems few months ago and only this helped. Game will download your 'clean' profile from RS servers.

based on what i saw with the new performance upgrades that can already be enabled with the evil scary terrifying game-breaking car-ruining a*vanced flags 😱 it's literally going to be a case of "max upgrade lol"

 

so instead of tacking on max ems/transmission/brakes/turbo, you're gonna be tacking on max ems/transmission/brakes/turbo/turbo stages/speed boost thing. the simplest car upgrade system ever.

But I like the arcady handling, I just want there to be a reason to use most of the other classes outside of supercars. I do know, I definitely don't want the handling from IV to be returning, since modern cars don't drive like 1970s land yachts. 

 

Also,  I'm tired of the use of the term "realism". If anything, it should be believability. A stock Entity isn't believable going up a mountain, but a Sandking XL is.

But if everything is the best ever, we get power creep. Though I still don't get why the I-wagon is even a thing in this update, it sticks out like a sore thumb.(Does not look high end enough to be included. You could say the same about the Buffalo STX, but the Buffalo is Franklin's car)  The name sucks too. Hell I don't even like electric cars in the game in the first place, since they sound like sh*t and they feel weird when driving them.

So, like instead of having the options between EMS Upgrade 1 through 4, we only get the EMS Upgrade 4 option and nothing else for all the other upgrade options?

Somehow I am not surprised to see that yet another buying point of E&E turns out to be f*ckING PATHETIC LMAO

 

I'm really under the impression here now that GTAO is maintained by a bunch of unskilled interns because the more skilled folks don't want to work on it anymore, and there might be some sabotage going on to force people away from this game by making it be a constant disappointment.

That's the thing, we already have power creep and it's f*cking insane for the most part except for some outliers that are mostly irrelevant for today's racing scene, like the Zion Cabrio on the Coupes class which can be acquired for free but it's wasted in a class that nobody gives a f*ck about.

Oh my, that is exactly one of the ideas I'd like for a Mansions DLC: GTAV characters as guests you can 'unlock' through your in-game progress.


Just imagine: you launch a party at your Mansion and everybody's there, on random and rotatory activities you can interact with. All our allies, partners and employees on new looks chatting or partying with us/between them.


Armwrestling with Trevor while Michael plays pool with Franklin. Serving drinks to Amani and our Assistant while they share job stories. Dancing with Agatha while Moodyman mixes. Playing against Lester to get the highest arcade score. Betting on poker with Agent 14, Mini Madrazo and Lamar. Drinking Sinsimito with Pavel to see who's the first to get drunk while Wendy serves the shots...


The more populated your party gets through DLCs, the more you'll feel you've 'made it' in this game!

Happens to me every time too. You can fix it without changing sessions by putting a mask on from the interaction menu and removing it again.

Doesn't work with all masks, I think just the ones that alter the face shape.

For me, left on the d pad once is the sea lion mask from the other week which works, then right on the d pad to remove it.

not sure about that, i think stuff like that works differently on console and PC. On PC yes it will remove it from your garage, even if you use a menu to spawn it in it will despawn right away, but when i used to play on ps4 me and my friends would use give car to friend glitches to get dripfeed vehicles early. Not sure if this was patched since the last time i played ps4

I dont know why, but I feel like GTA atm is long overdue for new Tactical outfits. R*, please add:

                                                Merryweather outfits (Variable padded pants w/ colors and different colored vests)
Release] BincoHaX for 1.57 [External] - Page 24
                                                      Thigh Holsters with another new vest (With/without pouches option if possible)
Download New Black Ops 1 1.5 for GTA 5

Wrong, it can go higher, but all the grip everywhere is better

Tbh, i think that it would make more sense not having any kind of sub-class. It could be more funnier and maybe it wouldn't exclude/ostracize any kind of car that maybe you would use it in races if wasn't in the "wrong" category. Classes like cars, bikes, bicycles, boats, helis and planes would do just fine. And speaking about bicycles, i hope that in E&E they remember to make an icon on the bicicles which i don't think they have and of course let you call them via mechanic/menu. Not forgetting also add bicycle helmets in GTA Onlne like there is in SP. But all of this of course if R* even cares to add them, but seeing how so many people just use the bicycle to deslocate themselves across the map /s, i wouldn't count to much with that.

By the way, since you mentioned the lion mask, i just think to myself, wtf are R* going to do with the rest of the variants of it and also the clownfish and seagull ones.

I don't think it's capped at 1.0 though.

When advanced flags were introduced they made cars significantly and noticeably worse.

 

Just because they are now also used for other things doesn't make that reputation go away.

Customization. Lots and lots of customization. When it comes to online character customizing, the more the better. It sounds really silly, but giving people the option to dress up as anything as they want can go a long way, no matter it be a stripper, a soldier in a warzone, a big pink flamingo costume, or even a stripper fighting in a warzone who's also wearing a big pink flamingo costume. Quinn Flower didn't make a huge thread on this game's lack of decent clothing for no reason.

no, what i meant is that the system won't change from how it is now. where you get multiple options but ultimately only the last one matters. ems/transmission/brakes/etc levels 1-3 won't be going anywhere.
