realistic possible idea: Arena wars 2.0 

Rockstar could add 3/4 new modes, they could add all the arena contender cut vehicles.

and the most important, new ways to get AP points...i have two ideas: 

bryony and al jerome special requests...for example they can give You missions like get opiods for the públic, get a truck full of sprunk fuel, or promote missions similar to ah to promote arena wars tv...and the other idea i talked here before...vip missions attached to arena wars vehicles variants...for example the cerberus gives the mission "extra crispy" You need burn groups of npcs against arena war tv similar to plowed...another mission could involved the deathbike, You need destroy satellite dishes that pirate the arena war tv signal...etc, this jobs could be done in invite only and they pay in AP points some rp and cash. Another change could be that AP points in the wheel pay the 2x-3x bonus if arena wars mode have bonuses...

 

another idea: Rockstar new special races series dlc involving go karts races, MTL dune races....the go karts could have 2 variants...regular races with normal checkpoints And Mario style go karts races with power ups and all the good stuff...the MTL dune is a neglected vehicle, they can do much with it, first set of normal races, then they can do offroad races with obstacles and such all across los santos...they can do endurance Races when You get damaged as You go along, and need make strategies to finish...finally they can do longhaul races, 1 or 2 laps across all the map.

 

the mall dlc: a very requested theme, Rockstar could finally Open the mall, including new social spaces, such as food courts (Bean machine coffee, burger shot, lucky plucker, cluckin Bell get Open to públic) clothing stores, maybe a car dealership, and bowling alley with aire hockey, Pool tables and more, we can hang out and play Games with other players. The dlc could make Vincent return...he is tired of his mallcop job, so he contacts You to offer a series of scores around the mall, he has all the data, You get an Office to plan the scores, he offers You different scores depending of wich business is doing better, could be 2-3 setups and finale with payouts between 250-400k each time. They can also attach a mini story involving Vincebt when You help him with some debts and bad choices he Made and after that You unlock the data and the ability to make scores.

 

Mansion DLC: another heavily requested theme...they could attach mafia style dlc to it....You Buy a mansion and after that You receive a call from a mob BOSS, he says that You have become the real kingpin in los santos and he offers You to lead the mafia to introduce new business in los santos, for example illegal alcohol, luxury Cars imported from liberty city, and illegal gamble houses, etc.

 

all this dlcs should include new garage spaces and lots of cars related to the theme.

Well...you're idea get's at the first half a "bruh" from me and the 2nd half a Yee.

Realistic Steak DLC - made me laugh.

Arena Wars - only if it's just a side thing of a dlc, not a full dlc on that...a glorified adversary mode dlc gets dry after 3 days. But if they want to give us clothing and outfits like they did in that dlc, it's very welcomed, bcz to me it was the best parst of the DLC.

The Mall - i don't think that the character of Vincent would make him go after a heist career to the stores of the mall. But that could be worked out as a different approach like, some gangs were taking over the mall and he wouldn't like that criminals would control the mall so he team up with you in order to kick out those gangsters or put down their bussinesses and after that you could even own a participation on those bussiness after you heist them and then it could work as a DLC with the protection rackets mechanics, so it would be a dlc about 50% heist and 50% protection bussiness.

The Mansions: one thing that i firmly believe that if it's going to happen some day will just be in E&E era, R* needs more than just a new chromatic paintjobs to make people buy massively the new consoles version of GTA Online. About a Mafia DLC, well, it could work in LS, but to me it would be way much better if they gave us Liberty City map and we oculd travel there, have one apartment at least to settle down there and have some kind of bussinesses and then you would work for one of the 5 families of liberty city, to be even better, the 5 families would be optional and each player would affiliate themselves in one of them and then they could have a different colour in their nickname in order for everyone knows which family they belong and same family would obviously team up if needed for something and it would work as a gang turf as it was the idea of GTA Online in it's beta fase.

What makes from a business perspective; R* will add Liberty City to Online shortly after E&E comes out, only to drop us there with nothing and force us to grind to buy all of our businesses over again, or cave and buy shark cards. 

 

Or that's how I imagine it going.

nah not really.
references to the .#ldb language files that were introduced with RDR2, were already in the GTA5.exe since day one.
(checked 1.27 GTA5.exe from 2015 and it was there)

so i think it´s just a reference and that RDR2s version of RAGE already had PS5/XSeries support being worked on behind the scenes
i think it´s majorly for GTA 6.
I mean...it´s obvious that 6 will release on the PS5/Xseries.

actually, thanks to me you almost didn't know about the paint

 

i noticed the new structs for the paint on day 1 of the update dropping but since everything was hashed i thought "oh, just another sp save migration struct, boring" and never bothered looking into it. then a week ago fun told me i should check out the structs because there's something interesting there, i still stood by "nothing interesting here" until he pointed out to me it has something to do with colors, so i got to resolving hashes and that's when i found the "chameleon".

then i tried enabling it in game for days but because i was a dumbass with trying to implement it (one, trying to load the new carcols as ymt files on game startup to no success, and two, trying to use "vehicle_paint_ramps" as a texture name and not a texture dictionary) i never got it to work and gave up on "this is hardcoded lol, guess we aren't gonna see it". then literally the next day disquse, who seems to have also been researching it independently, has shared that vehicle_paint_ramps is a texture dictionary, and not a texture name and that was basically how i finally ended up getting it to work on my game.

Wait you are saying they advertised that you could win this plate in game but no one actually won it?

The departure of lazlow was a huge loss for Rockstar, he Will be missed...i only do popularity missions to keep him happy at My nightclub.

ANYTHING that invloves more Vigero can only be a good thing. I love that little guy so much. Will always be one of my favourite cars no matter what. It's got a personality all of it's own.

Ok so...i noticed something very interesting...while i was in an undercover horny police mission for the G.F.H.P.D. that consisted in inviting a stripper from the Vanilla Unicorn to my home in order to get information about ilegal horny doers, i came to the conclusion that we need new vanilla unicorn strippers or even a new strip club like Horny Bills, bcz wouldn't be normal that the ones we know, aged a bit after 8 years? But they stayed the same. Of course this would serve to expand our intel of hornyness to our Department, that would be the main reason.  More odd is that i noticed that in certain missions, one of them being even a new one from the Agency, there's new models for the mission but they aren't in free roam...

Also, odd af is the fact that this undercover mission made me conclude that they still don't take off the bra while at home, but they do it in the strip club...which, if they do it in the strip club, more easily would they do at home, i guess. And again...why would a horny policeman want them to take the bra off, you dirty minds may ask? Just because that would be another source of more "palpable information".

Would be more interesting if Trevor is working with Dave from FIB to eliminate his competitor's from the blaine county yes?

As if we're really going to get that kind of DLC there would be a lot of cool references to the actual movies.

They definitely should take some pointers from SR 2, that customization will never be topped. Walking style, combat style, you can be a literal fat ass or a dude bro!

It's annoying seeing everyone's character walking the same! At least they stopped looking like inbreeds once we left 360/PS3

I’ve always said (to backlash) that a Gunrunning/Smugglers Run mashed into one large sequel DLC could be great if they crammed it full of MkII and brand new/cut guns as well as a bunch more planes, heli and tanks with a large batch of missions and new resupply missions for both businesses (while buffing Air Cargo payout). Increased hangar capacity alone would make many a people’s day around here.

 

With R*s budget, and if they stopped “rEmaSteRing” old stuff poorly, they could do a racing centric DLC, a combat/military centric DLC, and a heist/contract DLC every year if they would just allocate the budget and resources. The diehards will buy and play a RDR remaster even if it looks and plays like crap but that’s far from what made R* great…

hmmm...that reminds me of a cut SP mission in which Michael had to steal a Hydra for solomon.
