This game has more rebalancing than a competitive shooter, but it’s always to the most oddly specific things. This update earned a little bit of good will with me, but it basically went back and utterly destroyed the Tuners update. I can’t wrap my head around it.

^ I think you're referring to Elegy Retro Custom. That car is a combination of R32 and R33. The car in the picture above is the next generation R34. There is also a very nice mod created by Vanillaworks Community called Annis Elegy RH-7:

Rockstar knows that the GTA community really wants this generation of Skyline (R34) but most likely they are waiting for a better opportunity to launch this car. Although Tuners DLC was a great opportunity, IMO. Maybe they're thinking of keeping this car for GTA VI? Who knows? What is certain is that unfortunately the car they will launch will not be as good as the one made by Vanillaworks Community which is absolutely perfect.

This is quite the good example of how street race car culture liveries should be. If R* want to add some rally liveries with huge brand logos and numbers, ok...but, we need more itachis, more dragons, ninjas, skulls, tribals, etc., at least when they make some nice liveries with stripes that are accordingly to street race car culture, at least don't put after that a freaking number like we were using that car for some FIA competition.

It’s nice to see more people a know it this time. When the did the same thing to the SSASSS and AH cars there was a very vocal minority speaking up but this time a lot more people seem to agree. Half a freakin decade many of us were asking for that dlc/those cars..

I just did this mission (and have done it like 15-20 times probably since the snow) and even have a video it isn't this bright at all in the day  (on PC ).
