Considering we know the following, from game files and R* talking about E&E:

1] They started work on this dlc before Tuners (something about script/model id's being out of order, the contract stuff sits 'before' tuner stuff)
2] The vehicles added in this dlc have a 'hidden' engine upgrade (seen in game files) and E&E is said to get faster vehicles (said by R* when they talked about E&E)

 

I think its safe to say we're all thinking it, as a matter of fact, we pretty much know for certain. This dlc was supposed to be the selling point for the (now delayed) E&E release.

Does anyone know if it still works to get the alien/ufo tattoo? Got the egg etc, froze time between 1 and 4am and it's snowing, 300 macbeths in and still nothing. Am i doing something wrong? Not even a spawn on mt chiliad, it's starting to drive me a bit nuts. Help.

To get 20k per 48 minutes from Agency safe you actually have to complete 201 Contracts, I was getting 19,5k until I completed 201th Contract @Tez2

I Got the alien tattoo in 2020 and was terrible, almost 500 shots with a friend helping me to get quick to the nightclub...i spent all xmas weeks and nothing, i Got the tattoo the first day of 2020, i think is totally rabdom, could be first try, could be try 500, was really hard but totally worthy...i did not froze time i grinded all day almost to get that short time lapse...

Thx for the reply Crateman, i've got some hope again lol. Doing it solo and could only get 2-4 tries a night so trying with the time frozen, i hope it works this way .

I think (guessing about someone else's complaint here) that Krispy is referring to the Agency Jubilee - where if you drive it out of the garage yourself, the lights work as normal... but if you call Franklin and request it, the lights can't be toggled on/off. 

 

(or it's the other way around - I noticed yesterday but didn't think it was enough of a problem to remember entirely)

ah, that's really something that can be fixed with a background script.

 

but given that actual critical issues are left unpatched while small money/dupe glitches are immediately fixed on the f*ckin spot, don't have much faith in seeing that fixed anytime soon if ever

According to @Classique in the comments of this post, the police bike was not capable of being painted in the past, yet it now appears that it can be since Imani's source bike option can spawn a blacked out variant with regular plates. 

 

I'm guessing the game is pulling from a random list of motorcycles in the game (except oppressors and likely the highly expensive ones) and has the chance of spawning usually unobtainable paint schemes onto bikes like the police bike and sovereign. Speaking of which, is there anything in the background that has a list of all possible bikes that can spawn through Imani?

Hey there! It seems that I am incorrect. According to @WildBrick142 the Police Bike has always been paintable ever since the PS4/XB1 versions released. From my own experience I could not change the colour of the Police Bike with a Save Editor two years ago, which lead me to believe my previous statement.

Damn I must be very lucky I got that tattoo on my second try 2 years ago when there was snow. But that kifflom t-shirt is where I wanted to rip my hair out, don't even remember how long that took me.

Am I the Only One Around here who thinks a personal dock/harbor/sea property is a must now? We have garages for cars,hangers for planes but not personal dock for our boats(only pegasus water vehicles).

 

@WildBrick142 @Tez2 Any chance some water vehicles/boats in files for CnC DLC files (The Contract files made from the cut dlc?)

you are not the only one, we desperately need a place to store and customize watercraft. they should also allow us to park Pegasus land vehicles in the Hangar like the Rhino, also the one large space in each floor of the Arena garage, the fist floor of the garage is my race garage with all my liveried vehicles, the Dune would look so good in the large spot, which is empty because I only need one Cerberus
