One question if anybody knows...after complete the 3 Franklin/Lamar missions, You unlock something? The studio gets opened? I havent done the missions yet...

The scriptkid abused a mechanic that kicks bodyguards from an Organisation for continously destroying cargo.

Basicly he made the game think that you destroyed a ton of your CEOs cargo and kicked you out of your own CEO org.

The option should reapear after around 48 min.

Thanks, got the option back and the weapons, god knows when I'll get the call from Dre again... Sorry for spamming this topic, can't believe that it happened just as i was getting the call.

There is a big difference between the character having a hole in the middle of his face and he just moving a little as if the shots were passing close by

After doing Franklin & Lamar's missions I so wish that our character could speak. It's so refreshing hearing somebody interact with each other and it's actually pretty funny. There's ton of oppurtinities for our character to qiuck wit response, but we stand there like an idiot who can't speak english 😅 Maybe some day :/

 

And I must admit this update is the best they ever done. Finally we have proper story in Online, seamless switch from cutscene to gameplay. And something tells me that's how next updates gonna look - heavily story driven, because we already have our ATM called Cayo Perico, and that's absolutely awesome! 

 

Time for Ned Luke to come back from retirement and for the next DLC to be focused on Michael and the film studio, with maybe Franklin's help? And I'd like to actually see how Franklin behaves around his kids. It has a lot of potential for a fun scene with Lamar.

Just saw this and tried. 

 

Didn't expect this but happy days indeed!

 

Great R* fixed it, and seems you were right @Spider-Vice that it was a bug. Awesome news!

Yes, the computer in your private office inside the Agency, the one that was locked to public. Is now available in all sessions.

I guess they re-used the code from the Securoserv terminal in the CEO office, as they're sold on the same website, and forgot to make it all-sessions

Yup, sounds like a background script update. Very nice. Knew that didn't make sense based on the fact you could call Franklin for missions, and that the pre-release interviews with R* North mentioned you could solo it without interference.

Franklin Clinton GTA 5

Guys I know rockstar gets a lot of hate (and rightly so) but can we give them props for this new update. Anti Oppressor Mk2 new cars, lower daily fees, higher arcade and nightclub safe, and now they added the ability to do these missions in invite only sessions.

 

Edit: I also love the fact they updated my favourite 2 existing radio stations rather than making a new radio, all of them being bangers (such as the new Future, 50 Cent, 2 Chainz songs) I used to play before so they aren’t some random low budget songs. Also wanted the modern Dodge Charger for so long. This update is literally perfect for me.

Yeah, I was very critical of the public only aspect but fair play to R* for addressing this one and some of the other QoL aspects are good.

I have an idea for a police DLC in which, we will be asked to help catch a very dangerous criminal and destroy his entire business.

 

We will be asked to help by the Chief of Police or Dave Norton.

 

These will be missions, something similar to the contact DLC.

 

We will have our own office in the police station and a garage for police vehicles and still have access to the police weapons storage.

 

There will be several locations of the Los Santos Police Station.

 

You will be able to change the decor of the commissary and other things.

 

Is this your dream police DLC or do you prefer something else 🤔

Imagine we somehow get a story driven Police DLC instead of what the regular CnC was probably going to be showing us the inner workings of the police and the feud between the IAA and FIB and whatnot.

 

Would never happen because of the story(we're criminals after all) unless we become Tenpenny 2.0 or something

i wouldn't mind with "coop" missions as Michael and Trevor.

I sure hope our characters never get to speak, or at least have an option for us to be mutes, to me it "adds" a bit of predetermined personality to the character and I don't like that, even now when mine does certain things in cutscenes I am like "who said I want to do that?" same would go for if they made us talk, unless it's a system with a lot of choices for what you could say I am against the idea.

 

So I suppose an option for both being able to speak and being a mute is the best solution for this.

I thought it was weird how it required being in a public lobby after what they've said after Cayo Perico about wanting to do more solo-friendly content, I am glad they've addressed this quickly.

Well, the update seemed good to many, let's go was the best just because we played with Franklin and Lamar

although I only see idiotic people hating those who play gta online just for the miserable gta 6

i honestly think this DLC is CnC. We are a private security detail. That's the closest we will probably get to CnC, especially since we got the taser and EMP.
