Not wanting to join the 'hate' train but there have been an awful lot of images the past few days which does slow the page down a lot for me on my

''outdated' laptop so spoilers would be 'nice'

I came here to see if there was some interesting info, only to see some dude spamming pics... Im not gonna scroll through all of that to see if there is some burried news in between those posts. As others have pointed there is a thread for that, use it.

With that said if there was anything can someone do a quick recap ?

There's not really much news out for the next DLC, but it's gonna be releasing on December 14th since the current week in Online is lasting 2 weeks.

that aside, i hope r* does another one of those big newswires showing off what's coming in the next update. what they did for tuners was great, and it genuinely had me more hyped for the update than that annoying-ass radio silence they keep otherwise doing has ever done.

 

hopefully we get something soon now, it's already painfully obvious an update is coming thanks to the event week ending on the 14th, so there's not much reason to keep quiet. unless the cars in the screenshots are bugged, but that didn't stop them from publishing the tuners newswire either, so.

So seeing as the DLC might be a continuation of Tuners, I'm pretty sure we'll get new tuner class cars that will undoubtedly outclass the Calico GTF and the like.

Just because there'll be more contracts and such doesn’t mean it'll be a continuation of LS Tuners. If I had to make an educated guess, I'd say it's more of a spiritual successor to After Hours than anything, just with contracts from the last update being a part of it too.

This is true, we have a whole Vehicles section and wishlist topics for this kind of stuff. This topic is for DLC Speculation but more chat than anything else, tons of images will just slow the page down, and discussions about specifically vehicles are probably best suited in the vehicles topics/forum. 

 

Also yes, for the love of God do use spoiler tags if you intend to post 3 thousand images.

I completely understand and I'm sorry for the unnecessary pics. I truly apologize. I'll keep that for the vehicle wishlist forums I got a little too excited so I jumped in and try to Express my ideas and ect. I'll keep it simple for now on. There's very little chat going on in the vehicle wishlist forums sadly because everyone is over here or other forums.

Getting back to the 'speculation'

 

I've been thinking about it since the event week newswire post but I guess maybe they are thinking a 'double' announcement next week so we get news about both Red Dead Redemption Online and GTA Online together.

 

Unless I missed something RDR hasn't had it's DLC yet so I am thinking they plan to do both together that week, maybe not both on Tuesday but thinking announcement for RDO with it's event ending on the 6th then we get the GTA Online announcement on the Thursday with more info to follow...

 

How did the updates go last year, I seem to remember RDO was first then GTA online the next week  but perhaps my memory is failing me.

 

The 14th is good though as I have nothing 'scheduled' so I may well 'drop in' for a look that morning!

They could probably do the same for the upcoming dlc when they screenshot stuff before the DLC launches, but I'm not certain.

They teased both of GTAO and RDO's winter updates in the summer update announcement for both games:

Possible! I would doubt it however because that is a separate/game set of issues from online.

 

More likely just putting together the final article/video trailers for the upcoming DLC's me thinks!

Completely unrelated I'd say. Again, only Cayo Perico was teased longer before release, all/most other updates was pretty much a week prior.

From what I see when a dlc is launched they are always between days 10 to 15 so there is no need to worry XD
