 I think they are Vagos OG's or shot callers.. Grove Street has similar NPCS; that are clearly gang affiliated but wear regular clothes and not gang colors.

Judging by the location on the map thats the Aztecas. They have a small set in northern Rancho and can even spawn in the vagos area where the yellow manana/tornado spawn location is

Assuming we get some new guns as incentive to buy EE, I hope we get a .40 of some kind. We have what, upwards of ten 9mm pistols? We have a .45 in the Heavy Pistol, a lackluster .50 in the DE (that’s a prime candidate for a Mk.2 model). A Glock 19 would be great and if that is a problem due to copyright or whatever, make it S&W or Hawk & Little in canon. Nines are for girly men.

i mean...summer and december are probs the times in which lots of people come back, and/or spend money on shark cards.

i mean, december update is more important to them, but i think the summer update is also on their radar

I still just can't wrap my head around the fact Rockstar thinks we need ten different 9mm pistols, but they still haven't given us the Glock 17 from GTA IV.

Theory: They can't automatically check if you've done a parachute jump, so needs some manual intervention and that person has 2 weeks off for Easter...

Wouldn't at all be surprised to see an E&E delay to be honest. A summer DLC ? quite possible but I'd suggest we keep our expectations low, Cayo Perico was meant to be "the biggest dlc ever" and erm, well it wasn't..

The pandemic will end, albeit at different times in different countries.

In any case, semi conductor supply could return to normal The shortages experienced now are due to interuptions last year, since then businesses have figured out how to keep operating under current conditions, the issue is there is just a big backlog.

These instant unlocks are specifically made for selected modes. Basically a case-by-case basis when it comes to which gameplay elements should reward clothing items.

 

They have log in unlocks for these clothes, but it seems they want to tie them with several activities. It's an interesting change in approach if you were to ask me, as it leads to promotion of said mode. It would be cool if the rewards were instant unlocks and if the devs were to cover each mode regardless of how active it is.

A pandemic is a wide spread (i.e. global) situation that is out of control. As vaccination programs in all countries advance the situation will be bought under control. You could say that NZ actually always had it under control due to their swift action. Gradually it will become an epidemic and then an endemic situation like many other diseases.

 

Countries who are already progressing well with vaccinations have pledged to help poorer ones.

 

There isn't really any need to be quite so dramatic.

It could be. Sony have a deal for 3 months exclusivity. The aim is to sell consoles.

If they can't do that effectively due to shortages that poses a problem, Sony would undoubtedly seek to delay until they can take full advantage of that deal in terms of console sales. Who knows, maybe they've even got some sort of terms in the contract.

For Rockstar a delay might not be a big deal - they could reduce costs on the development of E&E by stretching the timeline, which also allows the potential customer base to grow.

Stretching the timeline may also help them with development, which is probably running behind if Cayo Perico update is anything to go by.

Considering how many references there are ingame to glocks im pretty sure they have the model and everything ready since 2013, and there's still posters of it in-game to this day, so im guessing copyright isnt the problem.

What to speculate here? Police DLC not gonna happen, only thing what could be added is pimping which won't fly as well

 

For smaller DLCs:

>maybe boat customization
