Does anyone know if the Sultan RS Classic has the exact same handling data and off road traction loss as the Sultan Classic? If they want me to buy the same car twice at least make it a little better the second time around performance like they did the the Lowriders and Gauntlet Classic Custom..

really? For a whole week, you were given the opportunity to simply pick it up and the podium at the auto-meeting for free, just driving 10 street races, and reach the finish line among the first 5 players.

Both have the same off road traction loss at 0.

 

Sultan RS Classic has a bit less cornering grip than Sultan Classic,

Sultan RS Classic = 2.485

Sultan Classic = 2.495

Almost the same handling data, same off-road traction loss (=0). The biggest difference might come from the new advanced flag that causes handling to be affected by suspension level (other than moving the center of gravity).

Rockstar, for some reason, doubled the bonus reward for Lester Kill Target random event within this tunable update, but this event doesn't even exists on PS4, Xbox One and PC.

PS3/X360 tunables wasn't even updated. This is most likely a typo, since it's basically useless unless they activate the random event.
