They should do that AND make it a Pegasus vehicle so we can tow our own cars.

Since the update looks like it’s going to be F&F themed I hope we at least get 1 of these cars.

If we don’t get any muscle cars I’ll be just as happy if we could at least add the new performance options on all cars. Would love to make my tulip and beater dukes faster.

Look at the picture here, you guys are missing something (well, probably not that important but...), did you notice the new Guffy shirt? It got japanized (japanese kanjis). So, i guess we will see a lot of japanization on this update, but that wasn't anything suprising. So, i think we will see a lot of "yakuza style" tattoos, itachi liveries and maybe some better (or new in terms of different stlye) clothing options. I also said that probably we would get that "leaning in the side of the car" action. And seems like there's at least two new more: the guy on the left side with his arms crossed and those two guys in the right corner, one of them is pulling the phone to take a picture, so, either this is 1) a new pose, or maybe 2) you can take a selfie while leaning on the car, or 3) finally we will be able to see the character touching the cellphone while using it.

EDIT: i can't see no more new clothing, those two guys there are wearing casino shirts.



In terms of the car meet location, probably will be stationary, bcz i believe that it will have an interior side. (In the celica picture we see the car leaving an underground garage). Maybe inside we can do some different car culture activities, like some drift contents and in the outside, some drag contests, which makes sense the location of the new car meet building that @WildBrick142 pointed out. But the outside bring two problems: how R* made it for the players not being disturbed by griefers, that they mentioned in the first newswire of the car culture update? A "protective bubble"? And second, how they will deal with the npc traffic? I think this is quite an important question.

I just finished surviving the Kortz by myself, I want to thank this blessed staircase. 100k right away then 100k within 72 hours, not bad.

Small question, are the glasses already present in the game files? If not, they say that we will have them within 72 hours after the 15th, so before the 20th (supposed date of the DLC). How is this possible? You can add this via a background update ? If the glasses are not in the game and they can't add it via a background update, would that mean the DLC is coming on the 15th (Thursday)?

Obviously if its already in the game files, problem solved.

You can also try to steal random cars until you get 2 stars. Usually the cars on Simeon's list will spawn in traffic.

Wrong other Celica. The one they showed would be *whatever it's named* and a second, Bennified version (T160/4th gen) would be the *whatever its named* Retro. Plus we have half a gen 1 already in the Savestra.. Celica gang nukka.

If they are going hard with the japanese stuff, it would make sense.

 

They could give us a flatbed version or allow people to swap out the beds on them as well. The flatbed would make sense in the terms of the DLC and they released the Slamtruck last dlc.

i've seen them couple of days ago in pc singleplayer using mod menyoo, so i guess they've been in the game files since cayo perico update

Might have be used on the NPC's? The NPCs on the island were created using the gta online character creator, they might have been included but not enabled yet.

They need to add a notification that shows you completed whatever the objective is to unlock clothing/items. That way we can screen shot it and send it to support when they don't reward the item weeks later when it's awarded (which is easily half the time regardless of how many times I've completed the given task). Notifications are so buggy that there's slim chance of this ever getting implemented..

 

Still hyped for a new car based DLC but I'll be reserving myself until I see some pics of their supposed "long requested vehivles" teased in the initial newswire from a few weeks ago. Comet Classic and ZR350 or gtfo R*.

By the way, this talk about clothing remind me of something. This is for all, but specially for our biggest GTA 3 biggest fan, @Crateman. R* in RDO they are going to give SP main characters outfits during the drip-feed of this dlc, so, about those surprises towards GTA Online concerning GTA 3 20th anniversary, yeah...probably it will be something in that regard too. (And not a GTA 3 LC map remake expansion for Online, like you would want it).

Ngl after i watched the trailer from the upcoming rdo dlc i logged in after like a year and ranked My bootleg outlaw guy from level 5 to 11 and i Made like $350 (rdo is so different from GTA online, wich i have 375 days in, it sure makes You go out the confort zone) but i played like 2 days in a row and enjoyed myself, still feels like a complex Game To me, and My RX580 can barely do 60 fps with medium settings ( if i win the lottery i probably Buy a rtx )....i Saw the quick draw club i Will try to Buy those if i can make some gold,the dutch outfit looks legits and something similar to gtao makes sense as You point...iam dying for any GTA III news regarding the surprises in online and the remastered versión wich i still have hope to come true...bro if Rockstar add the GTA III Map to online i deserve a medal or something, that is My wildest dream... (GTA III Map remastered in online Aka piping dreams)

Hey mind telling me your other specs, most importantly cpu, i was thinking getting RDR2 and maybe even playing online eventually, but i think you need at least older i7 with 4cores and 8 threads and i only have old i5-4460 with 4c 4t, so i think i might get big bottleneck especially in town areas. And it's somehow mistery to me how you got 60fps with rx580 even on medium, because even some better cards are struggling to reach that. I know it's off topic but wanted to know.

Scrapyard kinda repeats the same thing Stab City did that saw that get a change, right on the edge of the play area, as you go inside the most Northern Warehouse on the left hand side, so if you wanna Wave 10 it, do it before July 20th. It can be done solo... you'll need to be patient and trust it with your safety. And be careful, Wave 10 has a 50 Cal. machine gun vehicle rock up, I think it's the Menacer from After Hours, I didn't get a good look at it, I ended up Wave 10ing it with 2 randoms, which worked well.

Dear forumer i have a ryzen 5 3600 (6 cores) 16 GB of ram Asus tuf  gaming motherboard  i searched in YouTube for specific configuration regarding My Radeon RX580 i have average 55.8 fps with peaks of 60.  I have 3920 / 8192 MB 

Quality preset level {Balanced} and msaa off the rest is almost everything on medium, i hope that can give You some more clear idea

Yea i figured, you have one of the best value CPUs, so that's why you can maintain decent fps. I suppose you also have at least 60fps in online in full lobbies if you even play in them? I doubt you gonna have problem with E&E if they bring some better graphical changes even if it's gonna be unoptimized sh*t because GTAO is more CPU bounded. I hope you are having some decent cooling for that CPU because it's hot chip

Gta online full lobbies i play sometimes with My second character... runs good 55.8 average with 60 peaks but i have to cut msaa  and that is a pain... i would love to have a rtx but this new build i Made 1 year ago was on budget... plus i got to Buy a UPS unit forza wich here in My country are not cheap...i hope E&E does not break My graphics Card...in that case i Will have to Do some extra time  

 

For cooling i put all The fans My PC case could hold, like 3 of them, i'll get 70/74 C average
