The 3 main types of event weeks relating to CPH;

- 1.5x Primary Target & Vault Values (given that I/E is no longer $x2 due to money wipes, I count the fact that CPH gets even at minimum $x1.25 an f'ing godsend)

- Gold Rush (Gold outside of Keycard Doors, I figure R* would prefer making this a thing rather than a blanket Secondary Targets $x2, that'd be 800k+ for 2 Coke before the Primary, Vault or Elite)

- Sapphire Panther (Ma lo ba mi ni igboro!)

 

I guess you could argue that R* legally have to do a Panther Week and a Gold Rush week BEFORE the next Content Update, otherwise; grounds for false advertising?

you mean like in the airstrip and stuff like that?

 

one of my first heists i took the airfield approach and i got 1 gold in the hangar next to the landing strip, i never tried that approach again and i never scope beyond the compound anymore, didnt know it was not common.

It only took me about 15 times of completion before it hit me..."where the fuvk is the gold for single players?" Hell, since the 6.6gb update xb1 owners had a couple weeks ago, I've done probably close to 10 more CP heists and have only seen coke 1 time. Lots more of nothing too, in my usual places. Kinda wonder if R* learned about the quickest route to get the elite challenge and nerfed the loot spawns along that specific route.

 

Knowing they added props to Casino heist to prevent the quickest approach possible from being a thing...

I don't assume there to be ONE route to the Elite Challenge, but the Longfin is still king when it comes to that, since it lets you essentially fast travel to all the Secondary holding locations except the one in the marijuana field and the one furthest inland at the main dock.

 

RNG for CPH is weird lately... there was a time where I kept getting Tequila and occassionally Bonds to break that up. Then after that I had a marathon of Pink Diamonds. Sometimes I get 7/8 Cokes, sometimes I struggle to get 2.

Because a lot of time has passed and they missed every opportunity, especially past  weeks with all of those rewards to give us panther statue, i think something is either seriously bugged with it so they removed it or they are saving it for E&E. It doesn't make any sense not to release it by now. Another scenario could be that there is going to be part 2 with Cayo Perico so maybe they are saving it for that with more of other kind of content.

Like I said panther statue payout is bugged on hard mode at the moment.

I believe it's only bugged because it's not enabled yet. Rockstar can adjust the max payout for Cayo Perico. So, they can bump it up upon releasing the Panther statue.

When is the next investors call? Is it every 3 months? If so, then its in May.

At this point I don't expect the Panther Statue to come anytime soon so perhaps they are saving it for the event week before the investors call alongside some form of bonus on secondary loot to bump player numbers.

 

Honestly, I have no idea why its still not released.

Doubt it, I've given up on the panther too. By the time they release I'll be burnt out on the CP heist anyway.

I wouldn't be surprise if R* messed with the code to make the probability of getting tequilla even higher. Bcz i usually i get 3 or 4 tequillas in a row (different heists).

Nothing could infuriate me more than being eaten alive by a runaway panther in CP's jungle after getting knocked off my bike by a bush.
