This scenario exists in PC as well...for a long time. There's a lot of factors and arguments behind and need a big change to the game....

First at all, new heists has better payment and flexibility in team size, which means u dun need to spend hrs for players and get mad with noobs.

As a old player, my thought is:

 

The apartment heist was enjoyable in first season as it was totally new to me and it was the main source for earning money. Most ppl  above lv 50 can understand what should they do or listen to others. The flaw is some hosts trying to take a big share or keep the finale to his friend.

Few months later, less players play the game but gta still a Pacific heist society...Oh I should say around 1 to 2 years.

DD days launched, many heist people still go pacific bank as it has a easy and safe ISO

After nightclub, fewer content come out, old players have pension from  bunker and nightclub sales, if they want serious money, they can sell some factory products or do cargo/warehouse/terrorbyte business

From this point, new players have less opportunity to join heist and they need to do heist themselves. Most of them are kids not willing to search info from  internet  or listen to teammates....they can never finish prison break and pacific bank themselves even in lv 100.......and it turn into a cycle

The heist society corrupted at this point and many new guys start from contact mission or small cargo warehouse.......

Thing turn a little better in casino heist update but few months later u find a lot of noobs pay u the min payment for their first heist in loud way with worst weapon set, casino security mostly in full gear and the best gun they have.....u won't expect them even survive. Sometimes u can see big con with every outfit except group sxx outfit.

Most noobs host I met are extremely greedy bastard incapable to finish heist themselves......most noob join my heist dare to ask for a high share without any help in prep stage and will provide trouble lin the heist(Failed stealth kill for a dozen of times and not listen to advice or let other to do)."I am poor, u take so much "is what u will read 80% of time.....some ppl enjoy their amusement or willing to give noob more money but this is digesting to major players....as a result, casino heist became a friend activity.

Cayo island has a similar story....doing the heist with 1 associate bring the best income to host in most situation without the door glitch, 3 ppl party is the best part size for making wealth with friends. However.... after I have played with noobs for around 10 to 20 times with outsiders, I lose the energy or mood to do with outsiders ....I have someone curse me every game when I dun rise their cuts even they get all first time achievement reward(I think they get 1.5 M or above total)with elite from doing nothing but follow my lead, sometime they ruin elite, sometimes they try to shoot me after the heist....

Some noob will try to add u as friend and never host himself, asking u a big cut every time like they do u a big favor( I was in a lower lv, and I did all of the work)...

 

Dun ask why the world isn't friendly to u if u are a chaotic evil person.....the single player gta online mode is a product of those amazing noobs! I know some Heist discords still exist in gta society.

 

Anyway I think the heist section can be improved by leading a system like crime.net from payday2. Players may register as host and do some driving or shopping outside the apartments and they dun have to start the heist in 1 mins when the minimum number of players is reached..

When u finish heist prep or finale , u get certain points. Point is higher for prep. U can exchange some cargos/car/supply to ur warehouse or factory without delivery. So u take less disadvantage from a bad host.(Actually it is a concept of washing money urself)

 

 

Anyway, more new missions is what I want most for the game....

We would still have invite only for Cayo grind if they don't change that. But no more solo public would be the end of grind as i do it since day 1. I would close bunker and stop doing biker biz when it's on double even though i hardly done  it last months because they are tiresome and no need for them since el rubio is printing cash whenever.

ngl I really liked playing the new races yesterday, I haven't had this much fun in the game in a long time lol. Now I wish they'd add new Adversary Modes like they used to.

Casino heist prep is available in invite only in my memory.

I never feel forcing players to do sales in public is a good policy. It is totally impossible to defend some stupid slow truck from weaponized vehicles. Specially u and ur goods are marked in the GPS, other players can  auto-lock on u.

Right after Casino update, it was possible to do MC/CEO/Hangar/Bunker sales and restock in Invite-Only.

There was a lot of appreciation topics on Rockstar Support, but after a week Rockstar "fixed" this "issue".

And this is why i will never say an official "thank you Rockstar" for such a little freedom, because they might say "oh, that was actually a bug, thank you for pointing this out, will be fixed tomorrow."

I think I heard of that but it was "fixed" b4 I knew it...

As long as they keep casino heist prep in invite-only, I think they assume the prep work from that patch can be done in invite-only as well.

I dun feel upset for this since I have did the gold glitch like 20 times above and earned above 60Million with the garage selling glitch for my free epic account without getting caught.

Well, that's up to you and people who do glitchs, but, idk if that is something that can give you a ban, probably is in many cases. I simply don't do that bcz you can play as a normal grinders and you still get a lot of money. So, no need to risk doing stuff that can get you troubles.

no no colored flames but apart from the horn(since you had to use horn button to activate the nos) you could hear the sound effect of the nitrous nozzle spraying, something similar to this but without the loud burst at the beginning.

They fixed that 10x faster than the god mode you got entering and leaving the casino.

Well, there's a lot of thing that we never would dream that could become a thing in gta online, but they did...and there's already a kinda of paradoy of Iron Man in the game. When i was searching the image on the internet, it lead me to the "Next DLC Speculation Thread Mk VII - Page 534" where a forumer by the name of @RyuNova posted this picture:



It's some kind of enemy of Impotent Rage, it's on the tv show. So, if R* want to go meme again, it isn't something so farfetched as you may think.

Well, when i said that i wasn't with the aim of getting a worse thing than the oppressor...for instances, you can nerf the suit, like you can't use rockets at players on foot, you can only use some kind of fore power that is the the realm of some of the weakest machine guns of the game. Maybe just only 1 rocket resistance before blow, you hit the suit with two, the suit is history.

And since we are talking about this kind of things, since we already have outfits for Impotent Rage, Rep. Space Ranger, Pogo the Monket, it would be cool if R* added some suit (like a treasury hunt, it would give people something to do) for PRB and Wasaby Kitty.
