I'm sure I could name more, but these are off the top of my head.

 

Lost Slamvan Lost Slamvan Lost Slamvan Lost Slamvan the god damned Lost Slamvan. I should be able to turn my Slamvan  into a f*ckING VAN, a nice neat panel van, but noOoOo. I totally forgot about the rebel too, specifically because of how upset I was when I found out only the rusty version has all those fantastic mods. 
 

It won’t happen, but touching up old vehicles and adding new modifications to the ones missing them would be lovely. No blown engine option on the Picador? Seriously? No race liveries on the Stinger GT? C’mon. Even mods for normal vehicles like the Radius and Fugitive would go a long way for car meets if they were paired with a system to give slow cars better performance and cycle them back into the meta. An extremely vital part of car culture revolves around engine swapping dumpy little econo-boxes with big block engines.

Not only that it was such a missed opportunity, to add insult to injury, they put it under the Dinka Brand and gave it handling flags 😭

Yes classic, but i can't remember last time we got modern coupe or sedan from ubermacht, while with benefactor as another european we got sport and super and some schafter versions, all of them modern, while with ubermach apart from sc-1 i can't remember that they've added anything for years (not counting revolter, that thing is not bmw based at all).

R* have good eyes for talent but they have something backslide in GTA5....

I dun know how good are them but I hope they can give some useful advice on vehicle related missions, npc behavior and car physics.... 

Less drive by killing, more ramming skill like what we have learned in SA Driving school, introduce something like emp or shock gun to stop target vehicle temporary...dun let us escape with a car slower than the chasing crew.....

 

Some car should have a little bit better performance so we can at least drive them everywhere.

For car race, disqualify the players who finish the race with a illogical timing(10 seconds to finish a race bigger than 2 km ....are u kidding me?)

Give us options to have npc racers in race.....

New Transform relay race with higher payment and have us to pick more than 1 car in the same category or different categories from garage ....

For example, u need to pick 3 supercar for a supercar relay, u turn into another car when u reach the starting point.

For mix relay, u have to choose 1 sport,1 super sport, 1 off road in different geography.

Isn't dinka toyota? I never understood the problem here about "the nsx should be the one named classic", well, how about the Lamborgini? We can say that we have two classics, the countach (torero) and the diablo (infernus classic). One of them need to get the name classic, it couldn't be the two. And if one should have the classic would make more sense the torero, since it's based of the countach which is from the 80's and the infernus classic is based on the  diablo that is from the 90's. I'm not pick in the names.

100% agree with this, I loved it when we got more mods for cars like the Prairie, Penumbra and Coquette Classic in After Hours, I hope they continue to do that sort of thing in the future. Really like that idea of giving slow cars a big boost of performance along with more mod options to make them be on par with the new cars, (the Fugitive SS mod comes to mind), I think that would work really well in the update if they were to add it, I know I'd definitely enjoy it

Would like to see the Sentinel and Coquette from GTA4.

Also hope we get new optical upgrades for existing cars, like new suspension options (stance) or air ride option. I loved when we got the street rims, giving new looks to existing cars.

I do have a feeling that we may get the Sentinel from GTA IV, it makes perfect sense that it'll be in a update like the one that's coming up. With a tuners DLC, they might be bringing vehicles from other countries then just JDM vehicles.

They make cinematics with vehicles in GTA games, you should check their Youtube as they're really good. One of the lead editors was hired as a Cinematic Artist at R* North. :) We don't know what it's for but it's easy to assume it's for the Summer DLC, especially as all his projects are automotive related.

If done right, this update could breathe new life into this game's car culture. There's so many, so many amazing vehicles to purchase, collect and customize, but right now, there's not really an incentive to do so, especially considering that the most profitable money method in the game right now involves the use of a submarine as a base of operations, so there's not really a lot of space for cars there. This *could* finally be our incentive to care about all the vehicles that are in the game, without discarding them when they're not new anymore.

If I'm not blind, I haven't seen anyone talk about these three things; engine models, superchargers, and engine sounds.
The engine models, while in terms of quality being acceptable, should be revamped, as in some cars, you can still find engines, that date back even to Grand Theft Auto IV. Whilst they look acceptable, they could certainly look better. Maybe they will do new engine models to compliment the tuner cars, or they'll just go their usual way to recycle them.

In terms of superchargers; pretty self-explanatory. I think we, as players, should have an option to decide between a turbocharger and a supercharger on a car. Turbochargers would bring higher top speed, whilst superchargers would give you better acceleration. You wouldn't be able to install both on a car (except if the iFruit app wouldn't do it's thing again) but there would be two aspiration options instead of one. They could, theoretically, split them into more variants, for turbochargers, a small, medium, and a big turbo, just like with the hardness of the F1 tires, except for balancing between acceleration and top speed. Superchargers, on the other hand, would most likely be all the same, but sound differently. (i.e. roots, centrifugal, twin-screw) flashbacks to the orgasmic supercharger on the GTA IV Buffalo


For the engine sounds; pretty self-explanatory as well. They've been reusing the same sounds the entire time, some less, some more. While recycling by itself isn't bad (look at LSSS, that was, imo, a great DLC) it certainly shouldn't be as frequent as with the engine sounds. Some might argue that the sounds in the game are already good, which, they are, but hearing the same sound on 100 cars quickly makes it boring.
Maybe, even, if they feel obligated enough, they should make the reverb/echo in the tunnels sound a little bit more acceptable, as it sounds like it's been ran through a toilet right now.
That's more likely to be for E&E. Should maybe add the fact that I almost can't hear the engine of a car that another guy is driving next to me.

On a side note, if they bother to add the Sentinel from GTA IV, it should use the Sultan sound. Why? It sounds very close, although slightly changed, to the inline 6 that was in the M3 E46.

Superchargers would be a welcoming addition, especially also seeing how much Horsepower your car has, (ex. 1000hp Albany V-STR)

Exactly. The same goes for muscle cars. If I recall correctly, the Declasse Vamos has a blower option, but no supercharger sound to compliment it. Same goes for the Tulip. I think that turbochargers don't belong on older muscle cars. Would give players a lot more freedom in terms of customization.

Ikr, especially changing the size of rims if we wanted to, and Drivetrain Swaps, (Ex. FWD Blista Kanjo turned to RWD)

It sucks because like you said, there's an amazing amount of cool cars that are available to buy and I'd love to own but can't because I've used up all of my garage space. However, since this upcoming DLC is focused around cars I'd be pretty surprised if we didn't get at least another 10 car garage similar to the Penthouse garage or the Arcade garage like we got in TDC&R and TDCH (Although I'm hoping for something more like 20-30 spaces)

Oh yes the Neon.  The most riced out car from my teen/early 20’s. 
 

Seriously though I want more 70/80’s compact/small sedans.  Give me every generations Honda’s please.

I'd be surprised if they revise the engine sounds or models now. I mean, there are any number of defects that haven't been fixed (no engine in the Kuruma for example).

 

Supercharger vs turbocharger - there's no point in having the choice between the two unless it makes some sort of difference, say turbo accelerates quicker vs better top end with a charger (for example).

I think the E&E will fix issues like this, because they’ll probably update the vehicle models. Similar to how they did from ps3 to ps4
